While fairly new to Penis Enlargement, I am experimenting with a number of methods, and settling in on my preferred tools. I don't really like the extender, so I don't use it much. My head gets dark and cold quickly, and I must frequently remove, release, and redo. Also, it seems so slow a pull whereas I can use the same amount of hours aggressively "pulling."

I have found applying weights gives the deep, satisfying "pull" that informs me this is working. I ordered and use Autoxleeve silicone sleeves and found this to be great during the day, hanging either 9oz, 14, or both. Much more than this is not possible. However, with the ring-cup, at home, I can add up to 10lbs without the head getting "squished" or dark.

So, ESL40 Vacuum ADS during day, switching off with mediocre weights, and then for approximately 2-4 hours/day I hook up a bungee cord to bed. The pull is fantastic and much greater than the 10lb pull. (I cant seem to make Bib's hanger work for me).

I jelq and uli each night. I stopped counting and now just time it: hours! Then I do twenty minutes on/off Bathmate.
I put back on the ESL40 Vacuum cup and now hook to chest harness lying supine; then I do hundreds of Kegels under tension. I can actually feel the PC muscle working out this way. In the beginning of my kegels, 6 weeks ago, I was unable to clearly differentiate the PC from other pelvic floor muscles. Now it is totally apparent and can actually nearly lift and bounce penis from totally flaccid state. When exhausted, I move to sleep procedure.

I never allow my dick to retreat. I have cut a length of silicone sleeve and it makes a perfect blanket, keeping me nearly erect constantly; I can use bathroom, etc; without problem. I roll it to base, pull head up, and unfurl. It holds to just below glans cusp. Its a very good tool.

In past 5 weeks I have put on 1 inch in length. I am just stunned! This stuff really works. Seems this is something important I should have been told as a young man. Wanna shout to everyone I know about this, but of course I must silently smirk. Shame too. This is good stuff. Thanks for letting me share my first new post.
 
Awesome.. I too have found that weights provide more of constant intense pull over the extender. I still use the extender to focus on weakening the tunica tho.. I do 20min sets of 1-full-turn bundled stretches, A/V stretches, and erect stretches in it. The key to being able to use it for me was cutting 2 slots into it to make it a velcro mod. Now I just use 1 thin cloth wrap (like hair tie wrap or divosuit), wrap theraband around that, and then put the velcro mod into that.

Velcro allows you to put it on just tight enough to keep it extended, without having to squeeze the hell out of it to get it to stay. I also squeeze all the fluid from the glans for 30secs before tightening the velcro, and use the same wrap and do the same squeeze before putting on the bib hanger.

Where did you get the silicone sleeve that you use from? I am interested in trying it..
 
Great! It is amazing how resourceful people are. I ordered silicone sleeves from Autoextender/Autoxleeve. I modify the original intention and am finding, even this very minute, that the silicone sleeve with cap/ring at end, hooked up to a bungee cord, is best. While it is the best stretch I can achieve it actually feels better than the highest weights I have used; 14lbs.
Instead of solely hanging weights from the sleeve, which always seems to be problematic above 10lbs, the Bungee allows me even more "pull." I mix both up because I do like the rotary swinging the weights allow, with knees bent, slight squat.

With increased weight the blood compresses in the glans, within the cone/cap at end of sleeve, and it is painful. With Bungee I tie off to the bed and can sit down, stand up, turn in place, BTC; with chair behind me, I step over bungee, turn, bend, and read Ipad off chair= now and I am greater than 100% BTC stretch.

Just the hanger/hard-stretch time alone is approx 3-4 hours a day. Twenty-three other hours a day I use the other tools as mentioned above. For one hour/day, usually around 4-6am, I let the dick out for some air :)

I had been in the military all my life and have no male friends in this current region. So it is quite nice to have other male voices to read on this subject. I had always desired more. I am average. I never had complaints but one time, while dozing, I caught my thai masseuse, in Bangkok, measuring my dick with the blade of her palm. Just felt I didn't represent myself so well. When I return in a few months, I suspect I will return to that very place and see how it plays out Act II.

BTW, I pulled multiple posts online into a document with pics and instructions on how to make your own silicone sleeves, and weight bearing cone. I have the links, pics, and instructions from another brother in Penis Enlargement. But I don't know how to upload other than to post in succinct snippets in thread. Interesting. It seems that with the sleeve adding support, a more stronger stretch is easily achieved.

I have a theory about alternating between using a wrap/sleeve (such as Uncle Jim's Wrap or Autoxsleeve) as an ADS, and alternating to an around-the-waist, between-the-cheeks, or strapped-to-the-leg/chest, type ADS like the ESL40 for one or two weeks out of the month.

The wrap/sleeve type ADS seems to promote healing a little more by locking everything place, and still allowing for good bloodflow (and warmth). The continuing pulling/stretching an ESL40 type ADS continually promotes small microtears (especially if tension if increased or decreased with movement), and places more tension on the inner penis and ligaments, but seems to restrict blood-flow/healing a little bit by stretching/thinning the penis out.

So for two or three weeks out of a month, I will keep my penis in a sleeve/wrap to heal from workouts, and then spend in between one to two weeks with an around-the-waist/between-the-cheeks type ADS like the ESL40, in order to try and pull out as many length gains as I can from my previous workouts for that month.

I am limited to 1 to 2 hours a day for Penis Enlargement, so I have to make good use of an ADS. Still looking for a decent ADS to wear to bed. Have to check out Autoxsleeve and see how that works.
 
Well, I have not yet considered any waist, shoulder, or similar ADS stretch. This is mostly because when stretching by hand, I just don't feel what I call "pull" at these directions; I do it, but it is not as remarkable as down, btc, and up. However, I believe I must learn more about LOT- Loss of Tug. Superficially reading this once still strikes me as valuable information. Perhaps it would inform my choices to be similar to yours. There are so many brilliant people that have worked these concepts, and I have been practicing medicine in one form or another for nearly 30 years; very impressive tome of knowledge here.

I do Penis Enlargement every single day. I am convinced my cut down silicone sleeve, used during sleep, provides all the means I need for healing- each night. Healing takes place at night. HGH is secreted by ejection between 11-2am in all humans. So, not turtling seems quite correct thinking. I never have a need for resting so far.

I made my own Length Master-Clone and while different, it is actually fairly cool. I suppose I could sell these things but they are just too easy to make. Basically, a fulcrum- simple as that.
 
The most ideal stretches are probably going straight out/down/up.. however, to the side still provides some pull to the tunica and side ligaments. The only reason I use a to the side stretch is its ease of use and comfort during physical work. But yeah, depending on what you're trying to work on (ligs/tunica) a straight up or down stretching ADS would probably be better.

What type of ADS Autoxsleeve do you wear during sleep? Is it the Red Small Hard Sleeve or Red Hard Sleeve
Large? I ordered both of those, as they were the only sleeves I saw being sold individually. I was attempting to wear UJW (Uncle Jims Wrap) to sleep, but could never get the tension just right. I would either slip out further down into the wrap while sleeping, or it would be to tight and I would wake up with a rug burning sensation from nocturnal erections. Hopefully I ordered the right ones, the website was a little difficult to navigate. It was hard to tell what sleeve did what, and what one you were ordering.
 
[SUB][/SUB]I really don't yet know much about ligs versus tunica, but suspect I need to learn. I think I'm supposed to work tunica later.

I ordered the full autoxleeve kit which had many various sleeves. I use the yellow soft sleeve, cut to size for sleep. I later ordered the red hard sleeve you refer to as I wanted something harder for heavier weights. Overall, with this kit, there's a number of items I don't use. As time passes and sleeves degrade, or I change, I suppose I'll use all the sleeves. Was disappointed when later ordered red hard sleeve they were each 1/2 length.
 
Hey Arjuna dawn I'm unsure about this too, "ligs or tunica first?". By the way 1 inch in 5 weeks, that is an incredible gain, what about girth gains?
 
Ah crap.. I think I ordered the wrong sleeves.. maybe I can return them.......

The ligaments are basically the attachment points at the top/sides of the penis behind the base, that attach to the pelvis bone. The tunica is the sheath of your penis that fills with blood to become erect (like a balloon or a condom). The tunica is harder to stretch than the ligaments, but usually guys stretch the ligaments first to pull out as much of the tunica to work with as possible(and because there is a hard cap to how far the ligaments can stretch).

In order to stretch the ligaments, you usually do a downward pull. I think most of LOT theory deals with ligaments, and finding out if gains can still be made from ligaments, or if you should switch to working on the tunica.
 
Nice gains arjunadawn. Explain the bungee cord in more detail if you would.. How do you attach the bungee cord to your dick?

I regret I don't know how to attach a picture. I started Penis Enlargement approx 6 weeks ago. I already had an Andro Penis from years ago but never used as Iraq and Afghanistan were not real great places for this tool. Recently, I started to use this but didn't prefer it after all as the glans got dark and cold, quickly. I then bought silicone sleeves and began hanging. However, I can only hang so much with silicone sleeves (and cap); 10-14lbs. (I also use cut down soft sleeve to sleep with).

Instead of weights I now use bungee (in combination or solely) cords either attached to the bed, while I work beside it, study, or watch tv; or hanging Bungee to knee in loop fashion, which when I then stand in it taking it to floor, it provides desired traction. I can remain like this lying down, standing, or sitting in chair. I find I can pull more traction than the 12-14lb max on the silicone sleeve that I had previously noted. With the anchored traction, I can step over it and achieve BTC stretch, or kneel down and pull it impossibly up my rear back.

With silicone sleeves, I feel the problem is less the sleeve than the cap ring at the end. With increased weight, the glans becomes hard, red, painful, and must be vigorously massaged every ten minutes. With the bungee pulling traction I don't have this problem much. Not sure why.

I do this for 2-4 hours an evening, before Jelqing and Bathmate.

I dont know the long term benefits but my intuition tells me this is right, and I will rely on this technique for a long time to come. Moreover, when I return to Asia these are simple enough items to construct anywhere. I am pleased with the Bungee choice.

This is for those in doubt. This member gained 1 inch in 5 weeks. Intensity is what I think did it for him.
