I don't think a bar is necessary. I think you just need to be creative and use household items. For example my desk I can use, it's sturdy and heavy so it'll support my weight. Kitchen counter too. But depends where you limit yourself in progressing.

Where I get a ton of creativity and ideas is at Hole Depot, there is so much that cane made for PE with a creative mind.

I have definitely be getting some impressive stretches with this technique. I started not using the ring, and only using my thumbs. The bodyweight stretch after bundled stretches is pretty awesome Definitely helping with flaccid Gaines
 
My current supplement stack is

20:1 Horny Goat Weed in powder form (I have 2-3 teaspoons in water a day)

2-3 cups of Matcha green tea a day

2x 500mg Maca a day

2x 200mg Ginseng a day

1 sometimes 2 120 mg Gingko Bilbao

- Deodorized garlic in pill form


My workouts have been amazing, focus has been solid! These really help in my PE workouts too as my penis appears much more vascular and my erections are super turgid.
 
After reading about hanging " A former skeptic..." This bodyweight hanging is probably much more static weight than 10 or 20 lb. agree? Maybe this aggressive stretch would best be used after a routine of hanging with the LM for say few months

What do you mean by static? Bodyweight can fluctuate due to diet. It's better to use weights with measurements that are labeled already.
