I've added SSJ to my routine.... At first when I read DLD "trying to envision getting width as big as my wrist " I was honestly like 😳😳😳 WTF are we talking about here.... But. I gotta say. I love these!!!

And yes yes yes I do proper wrapping.

Maybe go beyond normal wrapping and try something much thicker for the time being. As things progress you can lesson the wrap. SO maybe try 3 wraps of theraban and 2 wraps of ACE and this will be very thick and should allow you to stay nice and snug.

such a simple answer that i'd never thought of, if I get more supplies i will try this.
 
So on the bodybuilding topics.. One of the most effective training methods is called FST7 Fascia stretch 7. Anyone use this? We have with great success. I'm wondering about how that principle would work with say... Jelqs

I do jelqs, but I have not yet begun to work out with a pump. I'm planning to get a Bathmate or Penomet pump in the near future, with the hope that it will help me to improve my girth gains.

I have not applied this training method to my work in PE. I'll give it some thought. I may test it out. Thank you for the suggestion.

I'm sure how you would apply the FST-7 method to PE. The theory is through a high volume of exercise sets (7) to increase muscle size. The penis is composed of smooth muscle not striated muscle, that's why there isn't any lifting exercises for the penis, only stretching exercises. Penis enlargement is about improving blood flow in the penis and stretching ligaments and the fascia to increase the size.

Agree, but the 7 sets in FST7 (after heavy work) is designed to stretch the muscle and force blood in, partially why there is limited time in between sets, usually 30 seconds or so, to keep the blood volume up I am not saying that there is, I am just wondering if I am not saying that there is, I am just wondering if there is a way to translate to PE. Ex: SSJ followed immediately by regular Jelqs

I mean if the purpose of that routine is to "stretch" the muscle then it would make sense to create that type of last focus 7 sets for a PE routine. But I personally don't know if this would work and if it does it would have to be through a specific way. The "7 x 8-12 (rest 30-45 seconds between sets)" is simply overloading the muscle with high volume at the end of a work out. Now that's understandable, but as it was mentioned by Threak, it is skeletal muscle that is used when doing bodybuilding. In PE smooth muscle makes up the penile tissue.

However, I don't know the limitations or ways smooth muscle can act like skeletal muscle. If there's a different way to do a high volume end of PE work out I would suggest: https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-enlargement-forum/20379-advanced-jelq-free-routine.html
But that's in reference only to the stretching routine because of the high volume and you're doing a constant stretching exercise. Another option would be extending, but again I don't know how one could mimic the ways to achieve high volume and get those results like with skeletal muscle.

The whole concept of PE is to stretch the ligaments, buff up the fascia for girth, engorge the Cavernosum, stretch out more of the penis from the inside, and stretch part of the tunica or make it flexible so that there's room for expansion. It's hard to say how the smooth muscle will act in accordance to this. The thing is we're not so much focusing on muscle rather very different parts of the penis that is why it's difficult. That is not to say it's not possible though. There needs to be more research in PE I believe.

Ima try that tonight haha. Gotta tie it around my wrap and then tie around the knob, hope the knob does not break lol

Many people sleep on the rope used with the LengthMaster, if you look at some of the PowerAssist exercises you will get a good idea of just how useful the rope is.

It was difficult to do last night but I managed, the scary thing is using the body weight because you have to balance yourself. Other than that feels like a good stretch if done correctly.

Awesome. The nice thing about the bar is you can stabilize and slowly ease into the stretch. If it is installed properly , a solid bar could be worth the $
