That does look painful, but how much of a bother is it AboveAvgAries? And yeah that looks like a good stretch, you're securing it with the ring AND your thumb holding it over the bar.
 
This could be dangerous, I would try a different method. If things pinch you may end up with a blister or worse. The best and safest two handed stretch would be done with the LengthMaster, a major reason I created the LM was so men could do two handed stretching.

I want to try something with the door knob similar to this, i'll be caution and see what happens.

I think if you could mount the "power ring" securely you can do a 1 or 2 handed grip and utlize your body-weight for intensity...

True. Innovation! I could do this with no ring, but the ring provides a solid anchor. I'm sure a theraband would work, but the ring "may" be more comfortable because it's round & soft.

True, even with 2 hands you can ease back and let bodyweight add resistance tho

I tried wrapping the tharaband around the knob then tying it while my penis was just inbetween the wrap and the knob, it's just not as secure, i'll figure something out.
