PE while having prostate congestion

I'm a newbie here and would like some advice. Im 32 male and for years i've been suffering with what is called "Prostate Congestion" its not what most people may think which is called Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) that happen to most men as they age, what I have is of a lesser degree or severity. What I have causes weak erections, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, urgent need to urinate and dripping post urination. I wanted to make sure if I have something severe like prostate cancer or a bacterial infection or maybe even BPH. So I seen a doctor recently and he asked me a couple questions and ran a urine test and put me on antibiotics just incase there is any bacterial in my urinary tract. Gladly enough, my blood tests and urine test was all good in-fact perfect. So he ran a bed test where he puts his hand in the anus and touches the prostate directly. He immediately told me "YOU ARE CONGESTED". Just to make sure I did not have what old men get, I asked him do I have an enlarged prostate? He said no, your just congested. He advised me to drink lots of water and not sit down alot and gave me a herb supplement called saw plamtao which helped me with my urination from the first day, finally I can get urine out. My question to the brotherhood here, is it safe to do PE while having a congested prostate? or does it further congest my prostate even more? I dont really know much about PE but im pretty sure what caused my prostate to be congested with fluids, its because im a Masterbation and ���� addict for more than 12 years. As far as I remember I started to hold my semen while masterbating thinking this is good and will help me last longer, because of this my prostate got messed up bad. Its so bad that after ejaculation I actually force my urine out or feel discomfort. Im now thinking of doing NOFAP and also PE to strengthen my penis and gain atleast 2 inches. My erections are not that strong so Im not sure if PE sessions will even be successful cause my blood flow isnt really that good either, and I fear the exercises that needs to maintain an erection. Im a heavy smoker and also Im overweight. Should I start with nofap? before PE? should I fix my masterbation addiction first or start PE directly? The doctor actually told me since you have prostate congestion its better not to hold semen when you feel the urge to ejaculate, ejaculate. I fear my quitting ���� and masterbation will make my PE sessions into jerk off sessions.

it sounds to me like your pelvic floor muscles are completely weak and not able to produce the blood necessary to fill your penis giving you 100% EQ. This is a very simple thing to correct and within six months of practicing this routine you will see a gigantic change in erection quality but you will also see premature ejaculation fade away. I suggest you start with the newbie routine as this will not only give you stronger EQ but it will also help you last longer in bed and best of all your gain girth and length.

Thanks DLD for the quick reply. Its really a good observation and diagnosis you have there. I think if I follow your advice i'll achieve what I want cause thankfully what I have isn't severe and depends on the day, blood flow, exercise and being sedentary. But also maybe hormonal. Do you think low T may cause such issues? As per my tests my prostate, balls and body is healthy but my total testosterone is on the low side 300. So I was asked to make a free testosterone blood test and it was very low, below the reference range of normal. Also when I tried herbs like tribulus and maca I had what is called aromatization I felt more like a girl instead of a man so quit these herbs. I see you lost enormous amount of weight compared to your videos's brother, congrats to you. I have alot of weight to shed, I will get rid of my man boobs and belly. I will give my all, never give up, never quit.

I think you should definitely go get your testosterone checked. I did the same thing and it gives you good directions to what supplements you may need if any.
 
Thanks for sharing your story here. I would engage in a light standard kegel routine for strengthening the pelvic floor, which is from the sounds of it to blame for some of this.

VERY POWERFUL ROUTINE

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

You can always increase force and time regarding exercises, so yes, you could start with lesser amount and monitor how you feel.
Saw Palmetto should help with the congestion as long as your water intake is on the level.

Considering you have an history with edging, I wonder have you started to ejaculate more "normally" as in reaching ejaculation at the first go?
More regular and basic ejaculation could also help to release the congestion.
Very light prostate massaging could also be beneficial, I don't know if the doctor spoke anything about that. I recall there used to be a very slim pin-point prostate stimulator and I'm quite sure that several still are available. But with this route you really need to take your time and use very light pressure so that the prostate doesn't get more inflamed or congested.

It's a good thing to stay consistent with any exercises as in doing something daily. But remember that your body needs good rest in order to get better and grow.
I hope your congestion goes away quickly and that you can regain more control of your penis!

I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

Thanks brother for the good advice. Saw palmetto helped alot with getting urine out and I already drink plenty water. Regarding the edging which is a new word to me, yes I do ejaculate from the first time NOW, not before, when I used to be ���� addict (master bating up to 7 times a day). When I used to masterbate 5-7 times a day there was what is called edging sometimes, not always. Sometimes I would feel cum not coming out and sometimes I just thought I just ran out of semen from doing it alot. What do you mean by basic ejaculation? And yes my doctor told me about prostate massage somewhat, he basically told me when you urinate push the area between your balls and anus this will release my urine easily and it does. As for buying an equipment im not really good with these, I may screw up. I find masterbating every other day just to get semen out works well without any sexual stimulation or ����. My congestion also seems to depend on the day, stress levels and if I over do masterbatiing or hold urine for too long. Im sure it'll go away, I just need to do everything correctly.
