What do you guys notice when you think you've overtrained? What do you notice after a good session? Thanks guys!
 
In stretching fatigue is a good thing and training after fatigue is even better. I think it is difficult to over-train when doing flaccid work. Girth is another story. I think there is much more room for over-training when the penis is semi-erect to erect.

How is that? Do you mean overtrained as in the tunica is overtrained, or that the other tissues (blood vessels etc) are overtrained?

I think since the penis is in an extended state of expansion the chances of problems like clotting (throbrosis) are much higher. As far as the actual Tunica being over-trained; chances are slim to none that this could happen due to how dense the tunica is. Tissue in the penis may start to become too sore to train but I think the individual user will feel this and back off a bit.
 
i don't think i have over-trained yet...actually i think it will be nice to do exercises while sore...i feel it would increase your chances of gaining faster...but that is just my opinion
 
For me, overtraining and fatigue symptoms are usually a sore glans. When it gets to the point where I can't stretch anymore I know it's time to really cut back. Having said that, I think occasional overtraining is beneficial in Penis Enlargement. Doing the odd chock workout/weekend will do wonders for yur Penis Enlargement progress.

Tissue in the penis may start to become too sore to train but I think the individual user will feel this and back off a bit.
Not me hehe, I usually train through the soreness, it goes away after about 10 minutes of clamping

Yeah, I think it is. Typically this is how I have gained. (since I gained the initial half inch in about the first 4-6 weeks) I'll train hard for like 6 weeks, get sore, train another week, then have to stop because I feel like I haven't gained in a while and usually my erection levels/dimensions decrease (the girth and length suffer). Two to three weeks later I find that I have gained since I last measured. Why I am not sure. I just think that my penis needs a break every 6-8 weeks. It might do best for me to break after just 4-6 weeks but I haven't been able to stop after that amount of time for reasons I would rather not know.

I mean it makes sense to me that soreness would mean something to gains. It usually means that you're really working it hard or you're injured. One or the other unfortunately. Most of us know the difference lol.

What I have noticed is this. When I do get sore I feel great the day after I did my Penis Enlargement. I usually am sore the initial week of starting over and actually it is more like just the first two or three days I begin anew and when I have been doing Penis Enlargement for about 6 or more weeks non stop. I'm starting over a new "cycle" tonight in fact. I hope I'm not too sore though. I can't say it feels that good to workout sore, but like i said it does feel good the day after. It feels like my dick is hanging from a different "base"?? That's just the way I would describe it anyway. I do think there could be something to training sore for a certain amount of time though. If everyone could find what is right for them right away that would be sweet, but then everyone has a different body and timetable for their gains.
 
I'm not real familiar with length, but when I get around to it I figure that I'll exercise as hard as I can as often as I can until it hurts to do it. Then take a break. As far as girth, which is my main area of expertise - loss of erection power, frequency, or simply the ability to get and maintain an erection is a warning sign for me to take a break. Thanks for all the responses. I appreciate all your views because I think its a fine line between good gains and injury. Sometimes I go nuts with my stretching routines and for a while afterward instead of getting a nice hang, I'm all shriveled up. I know that its widely thought that you can't overtrain the flaccid penis but what would you think if this happened. I'm guessing its a sign to take time off, any of you had similar experience?

Yeah, this sounds familiar. At some point if I have been overdoing my stretching routine, my glans gets this weird, ''sweet'' pain right along the coronal ridge (where you grip), and my dick seems to shrivel up and go numb when flaccid. At this point it feels like I'm not doing anything productive, so I usually take a few days off and give my dick plenty of hot showers. That seems to fix the problem. I also occasionally run into the problem of getting my hands too tired to perform the exercises. I play bass, bodybuild and do Penis Enlargement, so it's no wonder my gripping strength is sometimes lacking.

Man I had those symtoms, I had a nice girl round and couldnt get it up, even took viagra.

Must of overtrained! was doing 4 days on streching and jelqs now im doing streches one day, jelqs the other i think. OR day on day off.

I truely belive like any other part of your body you train you need time off, I think that over time, over training the penis could cause problems in the future.

Im just taking it slow and steady so my dick adjusts to the gains from now on.

Yup Ive had this to, the shriveled thing, when i first started streching in noverber last year I used to get this, not so much anymore but my flacid dick sometimes looks longer but kinda wrinkley (im only 25).
 
For me the signs are:
1. soreness that won't go away in 24 hrs between workouts
2. unable to get the right amount of erection for a workout
3. crappy erections w/ the wife

It happened about a week or so ago. I took a couple of days off and was good as new.

Listen to your body. It will tell you when to take a break.
 
This is the end of my third day in a row off and I feel great! My flaccid even looks a bit more thick and veiny! Not to mention how much more sex I've been having with the g/f. I definately think a break was well in order for me, now when I get back into action I'll know what to look out for that tells me its time to take a break. Thanks a ton guys!
 
Well, I don't know but I think I've overtrained or overstretched because I've been having this TINGLING sensation from the bottom of my ball to the the inside of my pelvis to the insides of my penis. Maybe I should give it a break, I don't know for how long. I'll stop with the stretches and focus on warm compress and on the gaining some girth for now.

Your can stretch as much as you want. Feeling sore at the ligs and/or between ass and balls is normal. However real pain is a bad thing and should be avoided.
Overtraining and bad EQ generally occurs when going hard on girthwork.

Yea maybe you should take a little break. Add some heat into your routine. Check out the link in my thread I talk about how I combatted fatigue. As you heal you can still kegel do at least your still getting some kind of workout.

I felt my penis has gained some little mass and it felt it has more body when I hold it in my hand.
I've been at it for a month now. I was really overeager you see this has really haunted me since
I was in highschool, there's always that looming self doubt in the back of my mind, not to mention I've got one undescended tes since birth.
Well, I figured it would be overlooked if I were hung as a horse, bigger, harder, stronger.
So, I'll be focusing on warm wraps for now till this disturbing tingling sensation goes away.
I wouldn't want to lose the only ball I have, I'm kinda worried anxious.
btw correction, I measured my load and it's barely a spoonful.
When I get back in the workforce I'll buy that package as token of my gratitude to DLD.
Thank goodness I finally found this forum! Now, I can finally be better than the other normal guys.
I might finally be able to satisfy well the women I get sexually involved with without regrets.
Hopefully, they won't leave me anymore because of my asian size or laugh at my package as it really crushed me. I've had it!
But now I'm hopeful. Here's to a better life. finally.

Fear not my Brother, you are safe here and we will make sure you accomplish your goals in fine condition, even better than you have started. You had some things to accept and you seem at peace with that! From here it is all improvements! No rush necessary, if you go too fast you may miss some of the most beautiful parts of the process.
