I've seen that video but you don't actually perform them. I'm still not clear whether the grip on the head is supposed to be like the way you do it with the dildo in the video which is overhand, pushing both hands together like making a folded belt open up so that you can do that snap thing, OR the heel of the palm pressing down on the head like you drew in those pictures, OR the heel of the palm pressing the head inward like smashing a can of coke. That's at least 3 different techniques for the ssj so which one is correct? I basically alternate just to be safe but I would love to know which one is actually correct.

none is incorrect. The main target is to apply pressure from both directions. Once this is guaranteed there are several possibilities to move around the blood in your shaft. I take it as a good thing if you have some change in your technique so that your dick gets hit from different angles.

I think so too. I can't tell exactly which one I think is most effective but they all seem to work. Between those and the bathmate my dick gets so fat and expanded that I've pretty much given it away to my gf that I do pe. Kind of like when a guy takes steroids. At a certain point it's like, "Ok, he's obviously juicing." That's my dick. It's on steroids. Steroids called bathma-testosterone and lengthmaster-diol :)

This sounds like the perfect description. There is a nude video in the members video section that actually shows it with a person, we just can't put that on the Youtube channel.
 
The flat hand pressing the head down towards the base was the technique I was using when I was doing the exercise. I started doing the bm/ssj last night for the first time in a long time, but used a couple different hand grips from the flat hand to using the ok grip below the head and squeezing while pressing down, the latter worked better for me. I didn't even do it for 15 minutes and I had a 1/4" temp gain. I also mixed in some jelqs. I've been trying to condition my penis to this for the last 2 weeks by doing jelqs for about 5-10 minutes a night.
 
I have less than an hour a day to work on girth. My goal is to gain an extra 1/2" - 3/4" of girth to my 5 1/2". What is the BEST way to achieve this in the shortest amount of time?

The 5x5x3 routine done with the mityvac. You should try to spare 45 mins to 50 mins.
