I have less than an hour a day to work on girth. My goal is to gain an extra 1/2" - 3/4" of girth to my 5 1/2". What is the BEST way to achieve this in the shortest amount of time?
 
Yep, the 5x5x3 done twice a day, 30min morning and another 30 in the evening.

Noticed that you've been here since 2011. What is your previous experience w/ girth work?
If you've exhausted previous gains w/ basic things like jelqs, then you could slip in SSJ sets in between a bathmate session.
You also might look into a silicone cock ring for use after BM sessions as well.

From there you can work your way up the totem pole to more advanced exercises.

Yes, I used to be on here a lot and was doing PE quite regularly, but met a girl and stopped. I'm single again and ready to get back into it. I did the bm+ssj to get my 1/4" girth gain, but I got too much discoloration due to the bm and strangling my cock. When I look back on it though, I never did any cool down, or jelqs after my girth work, so maybe this would minimize the discoloration? It's been 2 years since I've done any real PE so the discoloration has decreased substantially.

I was also doing manual stretching, hanging and sizegenetics for length, which I gained I think about 3/8". I don't think I updated my profile to show that, but I'm at about 7" nbpl last time I measured. I'll have to re-measure everything, I could have lost someting, I don't know.

I appreciate the replies, I was curious if there was anything new brought to the PE world in the last 2 years that speeds up gains, besides hard work and consistency. I will probably start on the bm+ssj routine again, but I want to research ways to prevent discoloration first.

you could try what ive been doing recently. for girth i do 5 minutes in the bm, then 1-2 minute ssj, then repeat 3 times. after this i get out of the shower and then do some clamping, which seems to to give me a little more expansion and a little less fluid retention. (its probably worth noting i do some bathmate stetches before hand which also acts as a warmup). this all takes about 45 minutes. i wouldnt advise doing the clamping part everyday though.

When you were doing the BathMate/SSJ sessions how long were you going in the BathMate? This routine usually causes no discoloration, it was actually created to avoid discoloration and fluid retention. When I hear someone wants to gains girth the fastest the BathMate/SSJ is usually the best way.

I think I was doing it 5x5x5 and I remember getting fluid and discoloration, but I got huge temp gains, 1 inch or more. After I did that routine and gained, I went to clamping, which I loved because it was easier for me, but after 1 month and a half I would never get morning wood and could barely get hard, it took awhile to get back to normal.

Would adding jelqing at the end of a bm/ssj session be helpful to avoid discoloration? I was always afraid that it would hurt my gains for some reason. I just want to avoid the discoloration.

Yup, simple and extremely effective. The best 30 minutes you can spend in girth work. There is always great expansion after the workout and men have reported great permanent gains since we started the SRT Routine.

even though i only do 1-2 minutes of ssj's between the bathmate i still feel its very effective, and i viable option for those with a little less time

As long as you are getting some blood moving around between sets you are going the right way. The whole reason for the jelqing or SSJ in-between sets is too cause greater expansion and to avoid pumping mishaps like discoloration and fluid retention. For some men 10 minutes of each may work while others may need less time. For me 5 minutes is the point where I start to see fluid buildup so I counter that with 5 minutes of SSJ's.

Maybe I was doing the ssj's incorrectly, because I just remember trapping blood in my penis and smashing down from the tip while holding the blood in from the base. I'll have to check out the video on ssj's again
 
I have to make the case for cock ring edging (cre) and bathmate possibly before. I'm experimenting with jelqs with the cre in what's probably a vain attempt at getting length out of it. I've made some surreal gains using those methods.
 
treat it like clamping and jelq between 10 minute sets immediately after bathmate. if you find you have time do another set or two extra during the day. I can usually find time to do 3 extra sessions of 2 sets. another great idea, use a loose fitting scrotum ring to keep it plump all day. it should be loose enough so there is no discomfort. stick with an adjustable for this. the one i use is called a cock lasso (yee haw) and it works great for the all day deal. i use screwballs by oxballs for the edging and sex.

take rest days, this stuff is intense. if you try cre jelqs go slow and be careful.

What video? I have scoured the internet and there are no videos showing an actual guy with an actual dick doing actual ssj's. Supposedly there is one on the pay site but I don't have a membership unfortunately.
