So after one year of Penis Enlargement, I unfortunately have no gains. This is not because Penis Enlargement doesn't work, I just think its because I couldn't commit myself to it.

I never made even the slightest length gains, however I did see upto .25 girth gains at certain times through supra slammers. However just 5-6 days off Penis Enlargement was enough for the gains to dissapear and then I'd be working on that same .25 again.


I am once again back at my starting size of 5 inch length and 4.7 girth a year after Penis Enlargement.


I am thinking of really dedicating myself this time around and sticking it out for 4 months to see what happens, one thing I'm not gonna do is measure myself 4 times a day like I did last time. I've read every post on here pretty much since the day I joined, I just don't really post replies. Through my years of reading this forum I've gained a lot of knowledge and I think I really know what needs to be done.


MY PLAN:


LENGTH
Basic Stretches in all directions
Do them as often as possible, if I feel too fatigued, take the day off

Girth
Don't have a really dedicated routine, will just so squeezes and such when I masterbate.

QUESTION
Do you guys recommend doing girth work every other day?
 
I recommend girth everyday. If you are doing something extreme you might need to do it every other day, but you can still do light girth work everyday.

You should really be doing jelqs man, I made great gains doing flaccid wet jelqs.

That right there is why you haven't gained. Not to be harsh, but that is very half-assed.
 
I think Penis Enlargement is like weight lifting man. If you stop going to the gym, do you really expect to keep all that muscle that you work so hard to build up?
 
Yeah I definitely know exactly where I went wrong, post isn't supposed to be complaining that I didnt gain.

Its basically saying that I know where I went wrong (very wrong) and this time around im hoping to fix it and make some gains. I read every post so I'm hoping to start posting more around here as well.

I've been really feeling the stretch the last couple days I've tried it.


I usually don't jelq because I'm uncut and it requires wet jelqing which can get messy with roomates in my dorm room. And I do most of my stretches and everything in the shower so it really cuts out time for jelqing.

Anyone have any tips on how to sneak in jelqing? I've had some success jelqing with baby oil or vaseline as a lube, but it gets really messy and requires showers afterwards which is a pain since I already shower when i wakeup and after the gym.

I am in Med School now + Workout 5 days a week + Play sports + am a DJ + try to fit Penis Enlargement in there somewhere


Its reallllly hard to stay on top of everything! I've taken one week breaks from all of them and been okay, but a week or two off Penis Enlargement seems to be really killer.

I'm gonna try to stick with it, at least get in 2 stretch sessions a week even if its exam time... maybe run to the bathroom for a break during an exam and do some piss pulls lol, who knows! I just wanna do things better this time around
 
Okay you HAVE to do wet exercises. Seriously. Jelqing, manual constricting, Uli's, SSJs and most advanced exercises need to be done wet. You barely did the newbie routine and didn't move into phase 2 or 3 exercises (excluding stretches). Did you ever do A stretches, DLD blasters, stamina work, Uli's or SSJs? Around the wrist streches? Bundled blasters? Hanging? You HAVE to progress the intensity of your workout.

I know it can be hard sometimes with a busy schedule, but if you want a big penis you have to give Penis Enlargement more priority. Trying to fit it in somewhere just doesn't work. You have to make a commitment to do your Penis Enlargement work everyday, or at least 5-6 days a week. It may mean cutting back on some of your other activities, but only you can decide how important it is to you. If you are not going to be fully commited to it, you would be better off not doing it at all because you will not see gains.

I just can't see how some people, assuming they are consistent and exercising correctly, make NO gains! I mean, I can understand someone not gaining much, but no gains? I just don't believe it.
 
DLD, the doctor certified status is gonna cost you a free membership ;) lol

I saw slight gains, but I mean med school is hell, I'm struggling just to pass its the toughest thing I've ever messed with, I don't even get to eat sometimes Penis Enlargement obvisouly will be further down the list haha.

I've had to take small breaks, but in those small breaks the gains aren't cemented so they are dissapearing. I'm trying to make a full days schedule right now to schedule everything into my daily routine.

So far the Penis Enlargement has been going good, I think I've made about .25 EL gains already, I couldn't help myself and pulled out that ruler and seeing that .25 EL gain in one week of stretching I think will be the stepping stone for me.

Seeing that first gain is all I needed to convince myself to squeeze more stretches into my routine.

Doctor certification is on its way! By the time I finish med school I should be huge! With all the debt's I'll have, maybe I can use my huge penis and my doctors office to make some role play videos and make some extra cash after hours:sLMAO

I got most of my gains from doing suspensory ligament stretches.

Penis Enlargement takes time. It takes dedication. It takes visualization too.

I think your current life style is making it difficult to achieve, but it isn't impossible. People say you have to jelq x amount of time each time you work out, but I really think it's more about consistency. You have to do it regularly.

You yourself stated that you made a gain and then lost it. I think you are right. You just need to be at it regularly.

Very much so. I was thinking about things last night, thinking about how I have been having a rough time lately. I was searching for reasons why I am going through what I am going through and it became obvious to me. I am creating the universe I am in right now. If you really want something, if you really, really want it you need to believe you have it now. You need to pretend as if and really believe it. When I was without Jen I wanted her back so much. I pretended she was here. I made room for her things. I slept on one side of the bed, I had a bag that I put a gift in everyday for her, I made room in the closets and drawers for her, I literally believed she was here. After 3 years, exactly, with no communication she returned to my door. Deliberate creation works.

By the same token, when she was here I too began to manifest poorly and my universe became what I thought, what I chose to believe and see and she soon left. This crushed me but I take responsibility for it. Today I am manifesting again and soon will be with her once again. This dream will happen and I will learn from my past. Once we are able to take responsibility for the universe we live in, bad or good, we begin to create our own destiny.

why not get into the bathroom 25 - 30 mins earlier then you normally do. use Vaseline lube your uncut penis up. Then jelq on the toilet or just in the bathroom who cares if anyone's like wtf he doing. then do your stretches in the shower. thats what i do. sometimes i even turn my back facing the shower head and continue to jelq the Vaseline barley washes off because the waters sprinkling and it won't matter anyway because water = wet so you don't lose jelq time.

i think dld said he works on his girth work outs 40 mins before he goes to sleep and does his stretches in the mourning

you just got to find time man you get atleast 2 hours of time to your self take those 2 hours and pe

me i work 10 hour shifts play soccer everyday for 3 hours sleep for 7

that gives me 4 hours 1.30 towards pe and 2 for working out and 30 mins to get ready for work or what ever i may go do

i too haven't dedicated time to pe. but when i was with my ex girl I'd pe and one day she even said have you being doing them exercises i told you not to do you seem alot thicker you hurt me today!.

so it works if you can find time man

i probably should warm up and follow the noobie guide more often.
but with me jelqing before i shower / in the shower then doing my stretches in the shower i seen me go from 6.5 to 6.75. 5.0 mid shaft girth to 5.25 girth. in under 3 weeks

now im lazy and lost those gains lol

I agree. If one of my family members or friends were in the bathroom for 20 minutes I would think they were having problems shitting...Penis Enlargement would never come to my mind.
