So just a note; I have added in 4 30 second reps of expressive stretching. I basically just pull the whole thing with two hands straight out and rk. Looks weird. Kinda wish I could afford a lengthmaster but I get to settle for my own brute force.

Edit; that's 20 stretches that way in total throughout the day.

ya bro.... even i desparately want that lengthmaster .
do expressive stretching for atleast 5 minutes for fast and best result .......i always have a 30-40 % erection level there i get a amazing grip at the base and pull so my hand doesnt slide becuz of dskin .from the place i grip it. grip as deep inside as possible and pull that dick ....
like i said before somewhere.....
ur in a tug of war with your penis....hahahhaha
 
You can also do expressive stretching through entire day brother, after piss usually, or just go to toilet when you feel alright to do that and pull it out, also you can add Sink A stretch, put your flaccid penis on the edge of the sink and grasp below glans with overhand grip, you can increase-decrease intensity with your WEIGHT

Yea, I'm just using one hand to pull all the way out then gripping the extreme base with a towel and tugging like I'm trying to rip it off. It definitely feels like a unique stretch. Pretty good idea to rk when you're doing a monster stretch like that.

Maybe we'll just be lucky through our efforts.

RK should be done in every stretching session, because you can stretch further and better.
 
Guys any routine is good. Any means any done in the correct way. The point is CONSISTENCY. I am doing PE but still not consistent.

My consistency plan will be extender, jelq, Bathmate, phallosan, clamp and hanging.

Only consistency is the key to PE and no other way.

As for routines, find and work those exercises that you can perform CORRECTLY, and you will gain no matter what!

Consistency in any sphere of life arises because of our dreams, necessity or matter of our bread and butter. If some one gets a job for 500 to 850 usd per day to train guys for big PE if he has size of 9x7 I bet he will have the size in 2 years.

If I get that kind of job I would do PE 14 hours a day.

Well showing other guys what can they get if they follow a good routine i got into this and i have no money to pay evenso i get a lot of feedback and advice for free:)
 
Well I was getting nowhere with just the extender and girth work. This is my attempt at covering all the bases thoroughly. About to double check a measurement I got of 7.85… would be +.35.

This routine is me trying to use all of the strategies I've read here. It's a scatter shot approach that stands a chance at mixing well.

The routine I was using before did nothing. What I am doing now is.

Even with achieved goal, you must cement the gain somehow, maintenance work, or just to add 0.25 on both girth and length then to stop :)

well i had this lump issue from before i started the newbie routine cuz i was doing something incorrectly......after i began i felt the lump was getting worse and started causing me pain so i am on a break for a month and then back on track with PERMANENT gains :)

That's rough. I get all kinds of this and that as I go further into length. Girth was so straight forward. Vitamin e aloe vera whatever and no real need for a rest day. Even with an equally intensive strategy. With length I am playing mad scientist with approaches to recovery. Haven't had to stop yet though, so I am at least that good with it.

I actually had an idea for the expressive stretching. I have a "cock lasso" that can be pulled as tight as I need it. I figure on throwing an automotive towel I found on the base to lower discomfort and help grab it better. Those towels work oddly well for gripping stretches. But anyway, it's certainly not going to do all the tricks a lengthmaster will, but I'm pretty sure I have a decent and affordable solution for expressive stretching.
