Warm up: Flaccid, low pressure bathmate session. 15 minutes. Very hard kegals to exhaust pelvic floor muscles as much as possible during warm up.

Stretching routine: Using a full fist grip, pull straight out and reverse kegal for ten seconds. Hold fist straight out and pull upward with force. 50 quick kegals. I can usually see the stretch lengthening as I do this. Then move the fist grip hard left and right for ten seconds each while reverse kegalling. Repeat three more times. Then do four more bundled. 8 total stretches.

Reasoning: I'm using a vac extender in a leg strap. I get plenty of downward and left or right force from that. This short stretching routine is repeated throughout the day. So I feel it provides me with what would otherwise be missing.

Leg strap: Minimum of two hours consecutive, at least four times per day. Each break between sessions has the stretching routine above. I also do the stretching routine after I finish with the leg strap for the day. I try to passively rk as I am wearing it and not kegaling.

Kegals: Besides the 2000 quick kegals involved in the stretching routine, and the attempt to exhaust the pelvic muscles during the warm up, I am also trying kegals at different intensities throughout using the leg strap. I do 100 quick kegals as soon as I attach the leg strap each time. Then I do 100 fast, hard kegals. Then I do 50 long, hard kegals. The reason is that as I kegal, I find that I'm able to move my leg farther away from the base. Effectively creating something fairly close to dld blasters. The efficacy is obviously yet to be determined, but the immediate effect is extremely obvious. So that's 3000 kegals a day, but really, only a couple hundred are the big ones.

Warm down: First I soak for about five minutes to warm things up and rehydrate the glans. Then I do a 20 minute session of edging with a cock ring. Followed by a max pressure bathmate session for 15 minutes. Then I use a full scrotum ring and wrap lightly with very porous gauz for the night.

And then I wake up and do it all over again. No rest days. Even if I have a tough schedule I at least will use the extender. And if this gives me no gains I'm going to eat a triple whopper and say screw this horrible uncomfortable crap. I'll just boost my girth to freakish levels instead of going for big and balanced.

Damn, this is one hell of a routine, you have plenty of devices, this routine is great brother, do this for couple of months and report the progress, I don't know what else I cans say, good luck!
 
I actually caved and did a measurement of sorts. I know exactly where 8 is on my remote and I'm really just barely not bone pressed. That's the result of the routine before this one which was just extend and warm down.

While that's great I am well overdue to start losing some serious weight. I can seriously push my whole pointer into my fat pad and that's not cool. So less fat food and the treadmill when I have the time.
 
Try and make sure to exercise as well (push ups, pull ups, running) that will cover two things, by exercising you can improve EQ and also lose fat, don't forget your abdominal muscles, especially you can work that lower abdominals by getting on the floor, and start lifting your legs up to 90 degrees, that helped me to strengthen the lower muscles and crush a bit that fat pad.
 
well your workout is so intense that it makes me already feel that you will gain undoubtfully......so many kegels???? holy shit but do keep this in mind that soooo many kegels can make the penis very thick in the middle. the penis muscle will be bigger compared to your shaft size in total....
Also add expressive stretching , SLAMMERS ( how could you miss this pere .....lol) , DLD blasters ,
and you will be in the most perfect length workout :)

My shaft is actually pretty wide already. Totally wouldn't mind beefing up that muscle at all.

I was actually thinking of trying some bare handed expressive stretching. Maybe I'll add some in for the stretching breaks. The other stretching I'm doing is kind of a twist on blasters. So I don't figure on using them. Much inspired by them though.

And I actually hate slammers. I prefer the steady and absurd expansion I get with a great edging session a la cock ring. I know they are potent. But they take too much concentration.
 
Well skip the Slammers if you don't like them, your routine is very good, in my opinion, don't change one single thing !

I don't really think I'll have the energy to go that crazy with working out at first. I'm really not in any kind of shape, and it's bad because I'm usually in at least some kind of shape. Plus, all told, this routine can take up 10 hours of my day to some degree.

I figure starting easy with curls and all that, and using the treadmill as often as I have the time. I used to have an annual routine with push ups and sit ups, lifting, etc and it was just as vigorous as my approach to pe. I tried it once recently and I lost a ton of motion for a week. I do tend to push myself, so who knows. Maybe I just need to shake the rust off for a bit.

I do like the idea of expressive stretching, but I haven't had any success in the past with bathmate stretching. So I figure on seeing what I can do with my hands. Really can't afford a lengthmaster. That twist seems interesting though. I've had that same issue forever.

Well don't get me wrong, I have every intention of getting back to a serious work out. I've just been so lazy that bringing in the groceries has become a workout. Probably shouldn't do squats or leg lifts in an extender though. Might rip it clean off.

1. expressive stretching will give you faster gains than stretching the penis........it is accessing something that you already have and all you have to do is pull it out.

i think PE takes 1-2 hour maximum but your length workout is very intense for me atleast......

2. weight...
you need to take care of the weight because it will show the hidden penis when the fat pad goes in ....also excessive weight is bad for your overall health in life and not only PE. It effects you blood circulation , and hormonal imbalance of testosterone and estrogen and others too....
start with light cardio and then increase with time......get up early and make time and make changes for your self.
ALL YOU NEED IS MOTIVATION>.....so get that ass moving longth :)
