okay so i've been doing p.e on and off for about a year now. when i started, i would do maybe some weeks 3 or 4 days, some weeks 1 day, and then forget about it for a few weeks. understandably, due to my lack of dedication i didn't gain any size (and think i actually lost a tiny bit of length). my current stats are 6.5inch NBPenis EnlargementL, 4.75 inch girth. my short term goal is 5 inch girth, 7 inch length. long term is 6 inch girth 8 inch length. my current routine is one day i do 300 jelqs, the next day i use a Bathmate and do SSJ. then i take saturday and sunday off. on a fair few of my sessions i get blood spots. i know it's only been two weeks, but i've had no size increase at all, all i've noticed is my penis has become more vascular. so i'm wondering if anyone knows what i'm doing wrong or can give me some advice? thanks
 
Your penis is conditioned enough to hang.. I reccomend that. I was never lucky with manuals either. But hanging is just so much more intense. You will definatly gain.
 
I agree with Heat97. It's time to break out the big guns and start hanging bro.

Here is another thing you may want to take into consideration. Try doing stretches and/or staying in an extender as well. Also, when you are not actively doing Penis Enlargement, you should wrap using the UJW so that you train your penis to stay in the elongated/expanded state. It works and I am sure it will give you the edge you need. Also, what you are dong is adressing mainly girth. I do not see anything in your routine that addresses length. You may want to do all that you do in one day versus breaking it up. The fact that your penis is looking more vascular that is a good sign. Try adding the length portion and I would not precisely take two days off straight. If you need to take two days off, I would suggest taking a saturday and maybe another day during the week off. Not two days straight. That's just my opinion. I do 7 days a week. No days off. But that's just me.

basically it explains why you might have lost length as i had this happen to me as well. i found i would stretch with the SG for couple weeks then for some reason at that time i would no longer be able to due the same tension level and length i had been using. this was because i was healing in a shorten state once the penis retracted after stretching sessions.

here is the short version when you pe you cause micro trauma to the penis and logs if stretching. if you don't keep the penis extend in some fashion or another then you bodys first reaction its to retract the penis and heal in shortened state. so most are using some kind wrap to keep penis extended i use autos xsleeves some use divcup with extension sleeve. this just holds penis extend after you workouts. pe is a 24hr thing most of it just wearing a sleeve and short bouts of manual stretching jelling and clamping and traction device, and if you like you could hang 40 min at 8 lb to increase the rate in with initial drama happens to spark the growth process. Penis Enlargement Workout, Traction Device, Passive Extending Sleeve. your penis should be in one of these modes 24/7 . Hope this helps.

Ok so i just read DLD's post on the srt theory, thanks for telling me!
the SRT theory is so relevant to me, i always wear tight underwear, sometimes sleep in tight underwear, and don't do any additional stretching work outside of my workout. i think i'm going to have to buy some new underwear...
is there anything i can use instead of buying a size genetics? i've already got a Bathmate, and now am running low on money..

Dedicate yourself to Penis Enlargement. Do it everyday. You must be consistent.

You are starting at my exact starting size:) This should be a good Omen! 2 weeks is barely enough time to condition yourself. Remain committed and plan on a journey that will last for some time. My biggest advice is to just accept that Penis Enlargement is a time commitment and in the end it is worth ever month, week, day or moment!

i would say i'm actually pretty conditioned to jelqing and general P.E work as i've done quite alot, just not all together. as in, i've probably done about 3 or 4 months worth in the space of a year due to lack of dedication. but thats changed now, ive set aside a good amount of time for it, and have spent money (bought a Bathmate) so i'm fully dedicated. and thanks for the encouragement!

Since you have the Bathmate you should give this routine a go: Bathmate for Beginners this routine will help you gain faster with the Bathmate and help you avoid pitfalls like fluid build up or blisters. After you have settled on a solid routine please post it and we can critique for you. Remember there is no rush in Penis Enlargement, it is a journey but worth the travels.

okay so this is my new routine:

Bathmate:
-1 set each direction of Bathmate stretches
-5-10 minutes in the Bathmate, supersetted with SSJ's - x 3 sets

stretches:
-Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
-Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds

-Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
-Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
-Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

-Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
-Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
-Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

-Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
-Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
-Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

[i have a leftward curve that i would also like to correct so will not be doing stretches to the right]

-300 jelqs

-100 kegels

that routine for 5 days of the week, and then for saturday and sunday:

-200 jelqs
-1 set of each direction stretches


would that be a good routine for me? i would start it slowly, and if i felt it was too much/ not enough, change it accordingly.

also, how should i overcome shrinkage/ srt? i can't afford the size genetics, and i've tried wrapping but i just can't seem to get it right.

I think it is an unbelievably good routine! You have everything covered. As far as staying extended after training, simply use an ACE Bandage and follow Uncle Jim's Wrapping Technique.

I would also copy and paste your last post into a new thread in the routines and progress section, this will help you so much in your goals.

if you are looking for some kind of cheap all day stretcher i use the couple things that i have had forever. one is the grip condoms and the grip condoms that have the attach meant to there leg stretchers one is a bungie type cord about 5 lb of tension i think. then the have a light one that is like 1/2 lb of force. its basically one of the retractable key rings that has a steel cord that pulls back.

i couldn't use these things for years till i combined a couple of methods one is soft foam tape from 3m second i just don't tape the front of the head over the urethra. i pull the penis back to the body this cause the head to expand then tape down and over the center from behind the top of glands to under the glands the i do across always pulling the tape tight this will only work if you pull the penis back to expand the head or do it while erect. i then tape around the head covering any exposed parts of the head again i keep it tight i then repeat this again to make sure all the tape is tight and i usually do one piece around the ridge of the glands and the penis pulling the skin back tight.

it sounds like a lot of work but it takes me all of five min max. now once you have this tape penis helmet i can hang for over 40 min as i did today with 8 lbs from my grip with absolutely now fluid build up and i mean no fluid build up. on one of my other post i explain how i modified using the heavy grip hanger if you want to look it up. i think its in the review section.

any way once you have the tape helmet you can throw on the grip condom and the grip attach condom that attaches to the leg pulley devices. and i can were the bungie one for about 5 to 6 hr straight only reason i took it off was to pee but then you have t re-rap so pee first so stupid t say but i have put it on then 15 min later had to use the rest room and then do it all over again.

as for the SG best one out the as in quality but if you are short on cash you can pick up a cheap one till you get money for the sg.

for me i have solved the fluid issue and found a hanger that works for me but i did use other things form other pe product to make it work. 8 lbs is all that is needed to cause micro tears in the penis if you do 40 in the morning and 40 at night and keep it extended with wrap or sleeve for your passive stretch and for your active stretch use the grip or an extender. hope that helps,

i have given up on underwear unless I'm using the extender and want to keep it upright.
