Hey everyone,

I wanted to post my input on how not ejaculating at all, or else limiting the number of times you ejaculate per day, can effect PE.

I think the major goal in every individual girth session should be to create the maximum amount of expansion you can. In order to do this, a rock hard erection is best, and the longer one can maintain that quality of erection the longer they can effectively work on their girth. Now, by not ejaculating at all or limiting it to once at night, you can have more frequent high quality erections because the refractory period that occurs after an ejaculation will take place while you are sleeping and not doing any girth work anyway.

One other thing I wanted to mention about ejaculating less is about motivation. I know I personally, and I'm sure many of you out there, tend to get a little tired after ejaculating and sometimes I decide to skip some of my routine. I have found, for example, that my penis gets fatigued much more quickly when I hang after ejaculating, and this causes me to shorten my sets and to put PE off until the next day.

What I am getting at is, since all of us here at MOS are working so hard to enlarge our penises, we should also take a good look at how ejaculating is effecting us and our gains!

Agreed. Too much wanking means it's harder to maintain erection during exercises, which means lesser quality PE sessions. I am for the most part stopping ejaculation to improve my sessions. I am constantly wanking throughout my workouts to maintain size but not cumming so at least I get to have some fun.

The less I ejaculate the less refractory time, and the more girth I can train. :)
Personally I do not allow myself to ejaculate outside of sex or bjs. I edge 2-3 times a day

I think ejaculation is important to relieving stress but too much will hinder girth work. For me I ejaculate about 4 times a week, sometimes more but never more than once per day. I also do girth work right before I ejaculate making the goal to get as much expansion as I can before I let one off. This keeps my masturbation productive. I also think that after ejaculation it is the best time to get in length work due to the refractory period where the penis is too weak to resist the stretching.

I hope that means you are getting lots of sex and BJs lol.

I remember when I reached 8 inches for the first time in BPEL a couple of years ago I had been hanging for about 8 months, but I believe what really pushed me over the edge was not ejaculating for a week or so at a time and instead edging twice or more a day as you mentioned you do. I believe that edging helped me bridge the gap between the flaccid gains I was making and the erect gains I wanted to see, and not ejaculating helped me edge more frequently, more intensely, and with better EQ.

Yup sex every night lol :)
I think you are totally right about it bridging gaps between flaccid and erect that is a good way to look at it.

Let me share the results of an experiment I went through. I stopped ALL masturbation, ejaculation, watching and nude pics completely! Nothing sexual! After 25 days of abstination- I discovered my libido was dramatically decreased. The result was continuous. After about 2-3 weeks my libido started coming back once again and it was pretty normal. Then, I decided to try something different and see how it would go if I stopped ejaculation for 1-1.5 weeks and then ejaculate. The results were good, I had my libido strong and good EQ levels.

I believe there are different things that work best for different people. This (just now) inspired me to create a thread where I and other volunteers would do an experiment on not ejaculating for different periods of time and all data would be reported in the thread. Ok, gonna start the thread now! :)

I am a big time edger and I will seriously do it for fun. If I choose not to finish each night my eq is absolutely absurd the next day. This usually is cumulative and my eq continues to get stronger each day until I finally just can't take anyone.

When I do hit the ponr I do a strong kegal so ejaculation is at least limited, although it is often completely avoided. Then I take a break and pick up where I left off. I like to end routines on a high, rather than the instant retraction I get after orgasm.

It's not easy but I can feel a major difference in the strength of my PC muscle and the pump is definitely greater.

What you wrote here brings up a good point for me. If I go a while with no type of edging or masturbation at all, my erection quality gets worse. It is only when I edge without ejaculating that I get great erections moving forward.

Reading your post has reminded me to want to begin edging again, thanks!

As long as I'm encouraging you to have more joy in your life I'm all for it.

Since these last posts I began edging again and my EQ has gone through the roof. Thanks for the reminder longth!

Also some new ejaculation related info to post. Yesterday I ejaculated three times, twice in a row at night. Prior to that I was only ejaculating once a day or every other day. This morning when I woke up my ligs felt INCREDIBLY exhausted and when I stretched downwards with my penis a sharp pain occurred in my ligs. I truly don't see it as a coincidence that the day after I ejaculate too much that I get intense fatigue.

Just another reason why I think limiting ejaculation can help PE.

But also fatigue can be a great thing when training length. When the pelvic floor muscles become too tired to react to the stretch 100% of the intensity goes to stretching the penis. This is why I have always suggested doing length right after masturbation because the fatigue works to really help with gaining length.

I don't doubt what you say, but it becomes harder to train when fatigue is constantly an issue. 2 hours a day of hanging is already enough stress on my penis, but I guess those that push through the tough times live to see the wonderful other side of things (hopefully in my case a snake in my trousers).

It is a grey area in some ways because sometimes the fatigue is too intense to get in more length work even though it is the best time to do so. I hope you find a good balance that works for you. In my past, mainly in the first few months, I would have days where the fatigue was just too sore to continue training but as time progressed this happened less and less. Today it is rare I feel any kind of soreness but fatigue still develops.

I have continued to train and the fatigue is getting better with each day. I hope this is a good sign of gains coming in.

For me it definitely was, I experienced great fatigue in my starting months and I did not measure for 6 months in. After all that fatigue, soreness and working through it I made a 2" gain. As uncomfortable as it was sometimes I am glad I worked through it. That 2" gain is what inspired me to start the Brotherhood.

Yeah I think pushing through the fatigue so long as it doesn't lead to injury is how monster gains are made. A day off here and a day off there can lead to missing some serious time, and then one day you will wake up and see minimal gains.

As of today my fatigue is pretty much entirely gone.

Somedays the soreness was just too much for me and I would have to skip some stretching but this only happened a few times in the beginning. As I progressed I started to understand my body better and know when I could work through without injury. I miss that soreness today, soreness always seemed to lead to gains.

Yeah I guess I ended up getting too sore because of the intensity of my training (2 hours of daily hanging). I decided to talk two half days and one full day off, and I feel much better now. I am hoping that if I take a day or two off every couple of weeks I can grow a bit faster because the fatigue I feel at times severely limits my ability to get a good erection.

It is a sort of balancing act with resting but if you need it by all means take it. Every man has a different schedule in fatigue and healing so there is no rule written in stone on how much time to train and rest, you ned to listen to your body and do what is best for you. Healing is equally important as gaining.
