I WAS only doing it once a week due to me being sore for a few days after I had done the exercises, I do it as much as I can without some kind of uncomfortable feeling..look at like if you worked out one day til you were unable to lift anymore and then the next day when your arms were incredibly sore...would you want to lift again? or would you even have any motivation?...When I do the Jelqings..I literally do them until my arms wont let me anymore..I don't count how many..I just do them til' I'm not able to anymore, then I wait til' I'm no longer sore..and I feel healed and back to normal..then I'll do them again. What I've done so far..it seems to be working nicely, I don't know though maybe if I did jelqings more often than once a week..even while being somewhat sore..maybe I could speed up the growing process?
