I would stick with jelqing (600 jelqs daily) for now, if you are new to this. Advanced girth work may end up causing more harm than good if your penis is not conditioned. Jelqing, in itself, is a very effective girth exercise and you should gain well with it. If you are more experienced check out The Phased Program as this has 5 very advanced routines that work hand in hand with one another as you progress.
