Routine help wanted

Hey guys, this is my third attempt at PE. I'm a grower with a frankly laughable flaccid size but a respectable 6.5in BPEL. Girth is where my problems lie, barely around 4in EG.

I always said I would be delighted to add an inch in length and an inch in girth. But at the moment my goal is 7x5 as I'm not upset with my length - of course, once that goal is reached i'll probably want more. Ideally? Dream size would be 8x5.5 but of course proportion is vital.

I have been using the manual stretching regimen from the Newbie Routine and have some nice newbie length gains in my first month - enough to keep me encouraged!

For girth? 100 jelqs, plus the 5x5x3 plan. I have a Bathmate for that, but zero girth change so far. Post-BM is awesome, though.

I'm looking for a routine to help me pack on serious girth - I absolutely have to improve that because my current girth is just plain sad.

I have two hands and a Bathmate pump. I would be seriously grateful if anyone could help me with a safe routine to help me get to 7x5. There is so much advice on here it can be hard to know how to tailor the best exercises into a routine. Everyone has been so great recommending exercises and explaining little bits and pieces to me and I'm very grateful. Now it's time to put together the right workout to achieve my goal. An inch in girth and half an inch in length will do for starters. If I gain more than that in length, great! If not, it's cool. But girth is just a must.

Note: I am UNcircumcised, if that makes any difference to how I should work out muh sausage....

Can any girth experts out there please help a brother?

As you have Bathmate and two hands, it's a must that you remain engorged after a session for as long as possible without numbness or cold feeling.
For that you can use cockrings. Just monitor the warmth and fullness, you can remove the ring after 20-30 minutes, jelq a bit and apply it again.

The 5x5x3 routine is a great one, it takes some practise with the Slow Squash Jelqs but they work ...

Also, Kegels and overall well-being, you can do Testicle Health Massage and while at that do a overall penile health massage.
The Kegels really account a lot regarding blood flow to your penis.

You can always upgrade the intensity so take the gains you can with a moderate program (someone can chime in on better with a routine plan!) and then add more force.

Hey thank you for taking the time to reply, it means a lot to me!

I should have said I do my kegels religiously and have started to incorporate the testicle health massage but only added that in the last few days.

Great advice on the cock ring though. DLD had said the same, so I will get a look at the thread on sizing a cock ring and get a few ordered. If keeping it expanded = growth, amma keep that bad boy expanded.

No problem!

One thing is about constrictors / clamping. One must take good caution with it but clamping can produce girth gains when done correctly. RED knows a lot about it.
I personally do light clamping with a Cable Clamp, I do have Stillwantmore's clamp as well for more advanced sessions.

Good to hear about the Kegeling. While doing all these exercises one must do affirmations and really believe in the gaining process. There's a lot of mind work when it comes to PE, have a read of @Threak-X 's journal to see about that. :)
 
I have been reading through some of the threads on Mental PE today. I believe mindset is a huge key to success with anything, and PE is no dfferent.

I do want to try clamping, having seen the results - particularly Castiel's results in terms of girth gains. I mean, holy hell what a dong that guy has built in just a year. But I also understood clamping was one of the more dangerous methods of PE and so was pretty apprehensive for fear of damaging my piece.

Its a myth that its the more dangerous of the penis enlargement methods, that in my humble opinion would go to pumping, as a guy can literally destroy his dick in one go if he uses stupid amount of pressure for long time.

Are you agree I’m in a pumping routine the 5×5×3 is the safest way to go to avoid discoloration and other skin issues. But if you do choose to go with clamping be prepared to learn everything you need to to do it safely, no one should jump in the clamping they should be educated and cautious when they begin.

How is it going brother? I hope you are no longer stuck at 4 inches girth and 6.5 inches length?
