You guys are getting it going! Yes, it seems like it is doing the tunica, but I have a lot of lig soreness too. You are right, need to grip the shaft so it is not just skin, but you can pull the glans around and make sure the whole unit is twisted. DLD, you going to let us see your video of these???? Come on, show us!!! GS
 
Are you twisting in opposite directions.I mean top one way and base the other.
 
NO!! This would be very hard to do, could be dangerous, and (IMHO) would have little effect.
 
German, you should make a short vid of this, I'm not quite following.
 
I've done these off and on over my career. Lately I've been doing them in an effort to break down my tunica and make it more susceptible to stretching. Doesn't take many, and works like a charm :)
 
WOW, i feel an incredible amount of stretch on my tunica!!!!!! although it is unclear to me what part of the tunica exactly its stretching
 
I thought we shouldn't do stretches erect, and would this hurt girth gains? I'm trying these tonight either way.
 
It appears that you have to do things erect to get the growth in girth at least. These Erect twists are really good to get girth. When you do them you are increasing the capacity of the cells to hold blood and then allowing more blood to flow into your unit. Go easy when you first start. It is intense. GS

Are you guys clamping off at the base with the other hand, or are you allowing the entire penis to rotate, including the base? Clamping off and rotating sounds like a good girth workout.
 
I just read this entire post again and it was a real encouragement to me. I know that some of you have been doing these. I have been working with a fellow who has a downward bend and I think these are the best for getting rid of a bend. Hold the area of the bend with one hand as you twist with the other. Important that you twist the whole penis, not just the top section. Use your hands on the whole shaft to twist the penis as a unit. At first you might only get a quarter or half turn, but as you do more you can get more twist. Then, pull out, up, down, sideways or whatever to get things stretched. This is a very, very good girth builder. I have reached my 8 inch goal of 8 inches EBPL by July of 2004! :) GS

Well its years old. Does anyone still do this? And can anyone report length gains from this?

I was thinking of doing this, but in one direction to try and remedy the slight twist in my erection. I would assume twisting in the opposite direction would help wouldn't it?
 
Yes, I still do erect twists and I think that DLD does too. It is a very intense exercise and needs to be done carefully. I think they are good because they stretch the whole unit while filled with blood and break down more tissue for regrowth. Try and see what happens. It takes tiem. I do a lot of flaccid twists along with pulling at the same time.
 
I still do them, quite often actually. I cannot attest to whether of not I've gained anything from them, however I can state quite emphatically that as good as these feel any gains would just be an added bonus! To me the Twist feels more like a classic muscle stretch than that feeling that we normally get from stretching our penis. Additionally, considering how easy it is to do and the low impact nature of the exercise itself, there's really not much reason not to do them. I personally do them between sets of Supra's Slammers: Twist Left, hold for 3o seconds, twist right, hold for 30 seconds, Slammer with the left hand, Slammer with the right hand, repeat.

Oh, one other random note: When you get comfortable with these, try this: Get as full of a twist as you feel safe doing, then start kegaling like it's going out of style. You'll feel a hell of a stretch.

Interesting this thread got bumped as I have been doing a great deal of variations on this theme, flaccid and erect with some incredible results. I plan on putting the information out as soon as I get a chance to breath. :s

Don't have allot of time today but I wanted to get through a few threads and when I see GermanStallion out and about I gotta pop in:)

Hey Stallion, DLD, let me propose something (I haven't tried this yet, so it's all just theory): What do you think would happen if you got a fully erect twist going, then started to rotate?

I should describe more fully.

To begin with, you establish the erection, then the twist.
You hold the twist with one hand (We'll say your left, for the sake of this post) and grab the glans with the right.
Slowley you pull the glans to the left, the right, up, down and at diagonals.
Or:
You begin to rotate the glans in full circles, first in one direction, then the other.

Kinda' like you were stirring a bowl of soup with your penis. Does that make any sense?

I'd love to hear your respective opinions on it. I'm going to try it tonight, I'll post any results I may see.

I really feel a big stretch when I'm doing it. But now the day after I don't feel anything!

Also I have a problem stretching when i've done the twist. So I would just like to hear how you guys get that part done.
