Try Slow squash jelqs.If you don't get any expantion from the SSJ you're doing something wrong..try and get a bathmate,it will help you gain girth much easily.

I resd through the whole thing but it says 5 sec kegel 5 second reverse

But srt just says 5 30 second reps.
So i did 3 30 second kegel while a stretching than 2 30 sec reverse. Is that how you do it?

You were right with 5 seconds to 5 seconds, I don't know what I was thinking, sorry.
