ok my lm finally came in and im starting on my srt journey. I really hope to gain with it
This morning i did the length workout and man the lm is strong, i got a wrap in the mail too and its on me as i type. This is day 1 im going to post journals here
Starting stats
Nbpel 5.9 in
Bp 7.1 in
Girth 4.5-4.75 in

Goal
Nbpel 6.5 in
Girth 5 in girth. My 12 weeks start now i hope i can do it!
 
Oh and i did the newbie routine from dld for about 3 months. Did not gain at all. I gained boned pressed but for girth and nbpel nothing. So im hoping this is a game changer

What?You gained bone pressed but no non-bone-pressed?lol ..that means you gained size...it's just your fatpad making these gains invisible...
 
Nah maybe i was always 7 inch bp cause i barely have any fat pad.
 
i mean maybe i have a fst pad thats blocking gains but i dont see how. Im super lean and cannot afford to lose anymore weight
 
So happy your LengthMaster has arrived. You are right, it is very powerful so some restraint is in order as you learn. I read your first post and i an a bit confused, did you gain with the Newbie Routine or not?
 
I did not, i gained somewhat of a stronger erection and was able to keep my erection longer due to kegels. But in terms of girth and length nothing :(
 
Finising day 2 just did my girth and sadly still cant get a pump from my girth workouts. Im hoping the bathmate will change that
However i got a .5 inch i crease with the cockring im using right now
 
Just keep going with the SRT and stop thinking about gains and shit....and measure once every half of year or something like that.If you follow the SRT you will gain big time.
 
I got no pump from the jelqs but once i out the cockring on i got a pump
 
The jelqs should give you a pump if done correctly. How I do them is softly at first then ill feel a little pump with warmth going on. From here I can do them more erect, but still carefully. Trap a good deal of blood first at the base then firmly push all that forward.

Do you do them like this?

The BathMate is going to change your whole program! SRT really depends heavily on the BathMate in the girth section of the workout. I am happy you are getting the BathMate! I am also glad you got all your shipping stuff squared away.

Not sure what you're trying to say...but nothing will stop you from gaining...follow the SRT = Gain quickly.

No bro that's just what mike did to proof srt; you know how the same things that would drive a sane person mad would cure a madman? Anyway the bathmate will certainly help fatten you up alot so you can do your exercises more efficiently. :blush:

No, I purposely did things to suppress my size to prove the point of restriction causes loss in size or stunts size growth in PE and/or puberty. SRT is the best PE program ever. Read the ENTIRE post, don't skip things or you will become lost. Every Brother should master SRT!
 
ok so for the dld blasters it says 30 second reps
So i kegel for 15 sec than reverse for 15 sec?
Plus dld i still cant get expansion from
