So we all have a basic understanding of what they are, lets hear stories and information about how they help in particular excersises and how you all fit them in throughout the day.

I particularly want to hear the "before and after" sort of stories pertaining to kegels. I think they are an often overlooked and to some newbies an unnecessary excersise, I think this thread will shine light and serve as motivation to keep on kegelin' on

mmm kegels and reverse kegels can improve your erections,when you start a girth exercise like the SSJ increases the bloodflow troughout the shaft,the pubococcygeus muscle gets stronger i think..
 
I firmly believe that Kegels are an absolutely fundamental component of PE. It's really a life skill that any sexually active person should do.
I just started to do reverse kegals a few weeks ago, and it's really helping me to understand on a somatic (body/mind connection) level how my penis works. The reverse kegels are also helping me control my ejaculation, which is obviously very important for sexual and overall health. There have been several masturbation sessions and girth sessions that I have been able to refrain from ejaculating in, because of doing reverse kegels. I'm looking forward to using them with a real live sexual partner. So if there are any ladies reading feel free to contact me...
In my job I drive and walk around stores a lot. So I do kegels then. It's a habit now and I barely have to even think about it. Doing kegels while walking will really work those muscles, let me tell you!
The nice thing about kegels is you can do them anywhere and no one else will know, unless you scrunch your face too hard, lol. Even then you can just say you have an injury that's giving you pain.

I've started kegeling few months ago, before that my only PC workout was performed only during PE (short squeezes to fill unit with extra blood), after session I was doing nothing. Then I learned how important strong PC muscle has to be to provide gains, then I've started normal kegels to work without reverse ones, but after few days I saw the thread about pelvic floor balance and importance of reverse kegels, then I realized I have to put reverse kegeling into work ASAP, and things started to change in better way, my erections were stronger, I've lasted more on edging session and my sperm volume was significantly increased.
 
Kegels are the backbone of a good PE routine whether you are a newbie or a veteran. Without training the pelvic floor muscles through Kegels you will end up with a bigger penis that can't get 100% erect. Many guys skin Kegels because they can not see the changes happening but I tell you with complete honesty, Kegels are equal to gaining size. Plus, Kegels can be done anywhere so there is not excuse for missing a workout.

You basically have to put ZERO effort for doing these, very easy exercise with so much benefits hidden.
 
I like to do my kegeling while pumping. It increase the blood pumped into the penis by keeping it nice and erect and, in turn, this reduces fluid buildup a little.
It also adds a good deal of resistance to the kegel routine, making the workout significantly greater and allowing me to reach a point where I've exercised so hard my stomach feel weird.

Exactly, there is no reason a man should avoid these, they are simple and they really help with erection quality, which leads to a bigger penis. Getting bigger without stronger pelvic floor muscles is really a waste of time. You will end up will a big cock that can't get completely erect.

Yeah, and you'll have to put work on 'em sooner or later because you won't be satisfied with "soft" penis.

Exactly. So skipping them today will lead to weak erections later. It is simple, Kegel all day everyday, the more the better and your erection level will go through the roof and you will gain a bigger penis from this practice.

Before I did kegals I gained no length. Then I started doing thousands daily. Then I gained length.

Manual stretching and kegals are both crucial. It also boosts your libido and can grant the ability to keep going after an orgasm. It can also make your dick look strong as hell and can give you a slowly developing girth boost just by enlarging the muscle.

That should be enough proof for anyone who does not do Kegels. I always did them and when I made my initial 2" gain the biggest difference in my workout and other men's workouts was I did Kegels. Think of Kegels as the air that need to fill your balloon...without air the ballon will never fill.

I started to do kegals and reverse kegals back in october 2014,i try to do both kegals and reverse kegals so i can keep a good equilibrium state in my pelvic floor/pelvic region.It feels good doing them most of the time lol.
 
They give me an odd chill occasionally. Not usually, but every once in a while. Seems to happen less over time.
