Wondering if it is a good idea to concentrate on either length only or girth only at one time. So would it be a good idea to get to my goal length then concentrate on my girth goal?
My routine at the moment is,
3 days on 1 off, 2 days on 1 off.
400 jelqs
squeezes 30 second holds for 3 mins
basic stretches 3 x 30 second holds in 5 different directions, 7.5 mins total
SG for 1hr
basic stretches 1 x 30 second holds in 5 directions.
SG for 1hr
rest for 10 mins and if i feel up to it i will go for more time in the SG.
The reason i ask is i am going to buy the Bathmate in a few weeks and the workout i am doing now already takes a lot of time.
On a side note i have only just added using the SG a few days ago and my erections feel rock hard, so thats nice.
