Working on girth and length (lengthwork with extender)

What about the stealthier extenders like the vacuum ones with the belt around the leg for example..I can imagine this is wearable throughout the day compared to the rod based extenders.

Do they both have the same effect or do the same kind of job? Is one potentially better than the other?

I'm just over two weeks in on using the silistretcher, and have used it daily for many hours a day during work after manual stretching in the morning. Saw your other post asking how concealable a vacuum extender is.

I work from home and office and have worn both places, as well as out and about. My wife has yet to ask, and I haven't caught any strange looks from coworkers.

I'm not a big person and wear the extender commando as others recommend.

What are your stats? How long have you been using it and how much do you think youve gained?

I find that getting enough work in while trying to hide from the wife and work around the kids and my job etc to be very hard. So anything involving sitting down for 30mins + is very time consuming for me..

Regarding a vacuum extender. What size chamber do you use? I'm thinking I may need a 1.5inch. Surely this will show through clothing half way down your leg lol.

Btw your attachment isn't showing anything.

June 2023
BPEL: just under 6"
EG: 4.15"
Was a newbie so dont have flacids recorded.

Dec 2023
BPEL: 6.25"
BPFEL: 7.1"
EG: Just over 4.5"

Started using SS Jan 2nd this year, and daily manual newbie stretching every morning when getting out of shower, so hard to contribute two weeks of active&passive results to just the stretcher.

Yesterday measured:
BPEL: 6.6"
BPFEL: 7.5"
Hit well over 7.5" in the pump.
EG after pumping: Just over 5"


I totally get the hiding from wife and kids and finding the time to focus! I decided to really commit to length for the first six months of the year so pumping is down to 3 days a week to make time. I get up an hour early to shower before anyone else is awake and stretch before strapping in to the SiliStretcher. I bought the 1.5 inch and it fits me.

I'm in Montana where we just hit -45 this last weekend, and I can tell you, there was no turtling while using the stretcher and totally worth the investment so far in my opinion!

Wow ManPlan your growth is brilliant.

My stats are very similar to yours. My length seems to be doing well when put to use with my wife although another inch would be great. Last time I checked I was about 6.75" BPEL. My stretched flacid is around 7".

My girth is something that I think bothers me more than the length since I've started my pumping journey. It was around 4.5" back in June 2023. Now it's maybe closer to 4.75". But after pumping at 5hg in a 1.75" tube it's nicely at 5" girth. This extra girth seems to be definitely what sends the wife over the edge.

So I think I want girth more lol but still passively stretching to gain some length with a vacuum stretcher. You can't tell at all that your wearing anything under your jeans..that very well hidden. So I think that is the way I'm going to go now.

I started off doing Girth program (SRT 5x5x3)..but then I was finding it very hard to regain a string enough erection after ssj..so now ive started doing 20 mins in the pump at 6hg and leaving it on while I carry on doing other things I need to.

I work an early shift and get home after 2pm and kids are school and wife's out so I quickly get pumped while making my breakfast as I also intermittent fasting. Then I'm off to pick up the kids.

When I work nights I wake around 2pm and get a pump in again while prepping breakfast. Then off to get kids and then gym etc.

Also work an afternoon shift but find it difficult to much PE in on this week.
