Hi guys

Just joined this forum and spent around 3 hours reading and searching how can i grow my dick in length and girth.. I read some tools and exercises and no idea which tool or exercise should i pick up first...

I really want grow my dick fast :D

Please suggest me which tool and tip according to success stories..

I would start by looking through these two threads:

The Newbie Routine (totally manual routine)
SRT Routine (equipment based routine)

They are both excellent places to start and they both start similar to one another. SRT is the most powerful routine here and will bring the fastest gains.

As far as a device to purchase first, you need to decide what you wanna see more than the other, or what you want to see sooner between length and girth.

Then from there my personal opinion would be an elliptical pump system from vacutech if youre anxious for some girth, I prefer air pumping as it's more convenient but I also own a penomet which I did see some results with but if you prefer water pumping over air I'd go with bathmate since penomet has been pretty sketchy.

And if you're a little more anxious to gain some length I'd go with the size genetics, unless you can fork the money for a phallosan forte which will allow you to log more hours in than the sg. The Length master is also a GREAT TOOL I love it and am learning new things everyday but it's more for the actual routine and exercise than to heal.
You need to heal in an extended state after your routines so make the choice between getting an unlimited amount of stretching possibilities with the length master and wait til later to get an extender/all day stretch, or go with a Sizegenetics/phallosan and make your hands work for now. Hope this helps.
 
Agree with above, the 3 best items to have in your PE Arsenal are:

The BathMate
The LengthMaster
The SizeGenetcis

these 3 will give you everything you need to make the fastest gains possible and they are at the heart of the SRT Routine.
 
No point in starting out so strong. He should stick with your original Newbie Routine until he quits growing, then move on to advanced stretches, and after that add devices, clamps, etc. Don't go all in too early then waste your early gains by preparing your penis for the whooping it's going to start getting.
 
Hi welcome abroad! I would recommend you take a look at the newbie routine and SRT. Preferable to start off with the newbie routine to condition your penis. Once your penis is strong, you can consider purchasing the equipments mentioned above but start out safe, warm up and warm down. This is a fun process and hard work will pay off :)

A perfect progression is working from the Newbie Routine and then progressing into the SRT routine but it is good to take cues, even as a newbie, from SRT to make gains happen and heal faster. SRT starts out light and works up in intensity over about a month so a newbie could start with it but as stated above many guys do make good initial gains using the Newbie Routine.
 
DLD, the fact that you gained 2" from just pulling hard on your dick all the time without all the gadgets and knowledge you have now proves that gains come from consistency and dedication above all else.

Yes, the hands can never be replaced, they will always be the main source of gains.

Until someone invents a machine that will let you select a weight and it stretch your penis in all types of ways at that given strength. Then we will have reached the pinnacle.

The best device IMO is the LengthMaster because it can do the harder stretches that your hands can't. I feel Bathmates are great but unnecessary at least in the beginning because Kegels do the same thing, especially when clamped.

As DLD said, the SRT/Newbie routine, along with Jelqing is a great foundation. Practice and master those phases and then increase the reps and intensity every week or so or sooner if you can.

DLD I was wondering would ace bandage/sports wrap be a replacement for size genetics? Would it bring almost the same affect? Since it both keeps your penis at extended state for a long time.

I just started measuring today with the right ruler and because I did hard work out night before it was only 6.1 and couldnt get full erection I guess this is penis fatigue? Would it be better to measure when your penis is fully healed before work out?

Ace Bandage is more of a passive healing exercise to retain elongation after training, the SizeGenetics is both active and passive. At higher setting the SizeGenetics is delivering length gains while at lower settings it is retaining elongation. Both forms of stretching are important to PE.

When measuring you want to be sure you have the best erection quality possible, I suggest a full 24-48 hours of no PE before making an official measurement. Even taking a bit of Viagra will help give you your best measurement.
