i asked this before but its really starting to bother me. So im doing the girth routine from srt and i cant get a pump. And yes i do jelq cotrectly. I grab the base squeezeup and let go right before the head. Maybe my penis looks a tad plumper
For a few seconds but nothing to rave about. Even 1 minute slow squash jelqs i dont see much :/ . Does this mean i wont gain? How much plumper should my
Cock be?

Are you as erect as possible?Do you apply enough intensity?Maybe you need more time,try and do some SSJ for 10 minutes and see what happens.You're clearly doing something wrong.It's impossible to get 0 expantion from the SSJ.You should get about 0.5 inch expantion.
 
Try to combine jelqing and masterbation (but don't cum). If you have a hard on each jelq should push more and more blood. If you are jelqing flaccid it's more for length
 
For ssq jelqs i am erect as possible ans im pretty sure i give enough intesnity. I jelq up an inch than forcd my penis in half by pushing down the head.
 
Maybe jelqs aren't for you? I never liked them myself, or got much pump from them. Tried other girth exercises?
 
Swap out the jelq for the SlowSquashJelq and you should see a big improvement. It is virtually impossible to use the SSJ and not see some expansion, couple this with the BathMate you will see great expansion.
 
Jelqs never got me pumped. I either used them as my warm up or warm down before length and girth for everything to be warmed up. Jelqing is more to push the blood into new areas and expand it momentarily and it begans to stay in that enlarged state. It's pretty much a stretch and expander at once. The ssj will definitely get you expansion when done correctly. Don't get discouraged over something ok. You'll get it down with practice and watch how you feel then man. Don't stop.

I advise something similar of stimulation, look at naked girls or ���� until you get your desired erection. Use a phone to look at gifs if you want or something but dont just keep looking at it because you could become fully erect, just take a glance when you need to get it up and you're good.

Sounds good enough..ssj > jelqs
 
So for srt instrad of jelqing up and down for 6 minutes should i ssj for 6 min
And ssj downwards for 6 min?

Buthonestly when i did ssj i still didnt get much. Again i get hard than i jelq up an inch or two than bend the head down. Correct?
 
You get hard, grip the base but instead of jelqing up an Inch or two grip the shaft just below your head. Then squeeze those two grips into each other to swell the middle part.
 
What templite said..if you don't get expantion from SSJ..idk what else..try and go for 10-15 minutes,maybe you need more time to get expanded.
 
I traded my 200-300 jelq sessions for the ssj/bathmate routine this month. We'll see how it goes. Expansion is insane.

Open ended jelqs alway allow too much blood to flow out due to change of strokes. The SlowSquashJelq does not allow this since the grip closes both ands of the penis.

SlowSquashJelqs are not really done up or down, more just wherever the penis is. The formula for the 5x5x3 is 5 minutes in the BathMate followed by 5 Minutes doing the SSJ and repeat 3x. You can see the SlowSquashJelq on the Pro-site or Youtube.
 
More solid than squishy. After a few minutes of ssj I get my erection back to 100 and do some erect jelqing. The expansion has lasted longer this way.
