You'll get there man! Is hanging all you do for length then?

Yeah right now hanging is all I do for length, time and life doesn't allow for much more.
I do wear a VLC after I hang for about 8 to 10 hrs a day and then at night I do pump with my Penomet for about 15 min just to get good blood circulation.

Need to update.
2/19/16
Hung 3 sets 15 min each. 1st set hung 24.5lbs. 2nd and 3rd set hung 29.5lbs.

2/20/16
Hung 3 sets 15 mins each. 1 set hung with 27lbs. 2nd and 3rd sets hung with 29.5lbs. Felt good today.

Took off Sunday and Monday due to being out of town on business.

Hung 3 sets 15 min each. 1st set hung with 22lbs. 2nd and 3rd sets hung with 24.5lbs. I know lower weight for this session. It's funny how just a couple days off can effect what I could hang. Sometimes I feel I can hang more sometimes less. Hopefully tomorrow I can get back up there.

Do the best we can with what we've got!

Now I've got to confess for the last few sessions I have been sore, more sore than normal. It's not been a bad sore like I've injured myself just sore while hanging. I don't have any problems or soreness after my sessions but while hanging it's kinda been a struggle to get thru my sets. I've taken days off (not for this reason) but still sore. I don't want to drop down in weight cause I feel that would defeat the purpose. Maybe this is just a normal part of the process.
Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

Soreness will always be part of the gaining process to some degree and with hanging that soreness can get pretty hot. I would work through as much as you can and if this is not possible at the current weight do not feel bad to back off a bit if this is what is needed. Understand that sometimes gains come in strange ways and there is the factor of less is more for some. Just stay on the road, speed does not matter now, keep you eye on the destination!

I'm trying to work thru it. Most of the time I can get thru it but just seems lately it's been a little more than it had been. It had been just the first few minutes of my first set til the soreness worked out now it's not working itself out even after 3 sets even with basically the same weight. I just thought I was fatigued out.

Hung 3 sets 15.min each . Hung the first and 2nd set with 22lbs. The 3rd set hung with 24.5lbs.

Hung 3 sets 15 min each. Hung the 1 set with 22lbs. Then 2nd set hung with 24.5lbs. The 3rd set hung with 27lbs. I had some extra time today so I hung with 27lbs using my pulley system for 15 min. I hung straight up.
I'm contemplating switching it up just a little. Thought about using.my pulley system more to get a different angle stretch for a little while. I'll be replacing my current SD routine with the pulley system.

Have you considered starting with a heavier weight first? Use Dave's Technique to get into the first set at the highest weight, then only reduce when absolutely needed, vs starting lighter and going up. There's no need to do it that way and it's counterproductive .
This isn't like body building where one warms up with lower weights first. Review the Dave's Technique video.

Well actually I thought that I was utilizing that technique just on a larger scale. I was using the first set to get myself loosened back up from the day before and then using the second 2 sets to hang as much as I could. I'll have to reevaluate the weight that I'm using. Once again I think I've jumped to high to soon. I'm struggling to get thru sets and for the last few days my EQ has been REALLY F'D UP let me explain,

I did my session Friday of 3 sets 15 min each. I decided to take Saturday day off knowing what was going to happen Saturday night and wanted to be in top form. Well it was pathetic and embarrassing. I couldn't get it to stay hard for nothing. It just felt completely worn out even though I didn't work out since Friday morning. I didn't sweat it to bad until last night the wife surprised me again wanting more and again I couldn't get it completely hard and again it felt really worn out. Now I'm a little concerned and once again embarrassed. I need to figure out why I've lost my EQ as of late. I really don't know what to do.

I have EQ problems as well. Right now I try to do as many kegels as I can and see if that helps.

I'm trying them as well and I understand that with the stress that we put on our peckers thru doing PE EQ is going to be affected to some degree but there's got to be a fine line some how and finding that fine line is sometimes hard to do. I wouldn't mind taking something to assist in it during this process but I don't know what would be the best thing to take.

I heard L-Arginine could help, but I haven't tried that yet.
And I haven't had maca in huge quantity to tell the difference

I take L-Arginine daily. Please don't ask right now how many mg's cause I don't remember. I buy it from Wallyworld and use the recommended dosage of 2 capsules 3x's a day. Been taking it for almost a year. Not helping right now though or at least not seeing it help. Been reading one of SWM'S threads about ADC and might look into that more. Need to ask Still some questions though first.

Part of the issue with eq comes from nerves being stretched. They adapt. It's an over time thing. Eq will get better, go down, get better again. It's part of the process.

That's what I figured it was that's why I wasn't too concerned just when the little lady is ready and my little buddy isn't it gets frustrating. Plus I am getting older (45) and reaction time is definitely not what it used to be. Are you still using alldaychemist for your viagra needs? I'm considering using them to help give me a boost when needed during this process.

Yes I still use ADC. Been my go to for years.

Thanks. Based on your recommendation I'm going to try them. I've read mixed reviews about them but most of them were from a couple years ago and you haven't steered me wrong yet so I'll give 'em a try. Thanks. I'll post my experience as I go thru it.

2/28/16
Hung 3 sets 15 min each with 24.5lbs all 3 sets.
2/29/16
Hung 3 sets 15 min each. 1st set hung SD with 24.5lbs. 2nd and 3rd sets used pulley set up and hung straight up with 27lbs.
3/1/16
Repeat of yesterday
Hung 3 sets 15 min each. 1st set hung SD with 24.5lbs. 2nd and 3rd sets used pulley set up and hung straight up with 27lbs. Feeling alot of different stretch points.

I measured this morning while I was being stretched in the pulley system and bone pressed I measured 8 1/4" and NBP stretch was 7 5/8". That's the longest stretch I've ever had. Can't wait til that translates over to EL.

Well I just tried to place my order on ADC and it did not give me the option to use my CC. It only gives the option for echeck, check or money order, and wire transfer. Don't guess I'll be getting anything from here cause I didn't want the wife to know I was buying meds from overseas just yet. The only thing I could've used was my CC. DAMN IT!
