Yeah sometimes it's hard to get up at 4:30 in the morning to hang for an hour before work. There's been plenty of times I wanted to just forget it. Sometimes I struggle with the mind games of whether I'm just wasting my time and that this never going to work. Then on the other hand I'm afraid to miss more than a day or two cause of what I might lose and miss out on so I keep going. My ultimate goal and time frame is 1 year to see where I get to that's why I don't like to measure that much. I don't want to get discouraged because I didn't gain one month to the next. I know hanging will work but I also know it takes time. So onward I go.

Hung 3 sets 15 each. 1st and 2nd set hung with 24.5lbs. 3rd set I hung with 27lbs.
