pumping every day with my BM was the one and only thing that led to a decrease in EQ for me. now some people do pump everyday and are fine. i just went a bit to hard.
 
I love it, feels great. I'm sure you don't need to pump everyday, but consistency is key.
Btw your bathmate stretches tutorial was helpful I saw it the other day.

Ok, so I started PE on 24.1.2013 and made an excel to track my gains. It looks like this (EBPL):
24.1.2013 16.5cm
12.3.2013 17.2cm
2.5.2013 17.5cm
23.8.2013 17.9cm
13.9.2013 18.0cm
20.11.2013 18.0cm
24.2.2014 18.2cm

Not even going to bother putting my girth gains, because there is none! I first started with only jelqing routines and newbie routine, I even bought bathmate goliath and tried
DLD's SRT techniques, still without success, my girth is still 14.5cm erect and 14cm flaccid >:(
Also as you can see the length gains have been really slow as of late, this also frustrates me.
Also I had this feeling that from the beginning of my PE my hormones helped me a lot, since then i am 18 years old(Not sure if penis still grows at that age naturally), now I'm 19 and i don't know what to do next. Help please!
My current equipment: SizeGen Penis extender, Bathmate Goliath, Fleshlight, Cock ring, jim's wrap, mos DVD.
PS. I've also heard about ligament hardening that it makes length gains harder to obtain, may that be part of my problem too?

@DLD I've read about this issue of Ligament hardening a few times. Some say it comes as a result of hanging. Do you have any idea?
 
I don't believe this even happens

There was a guy I coached who already gained half inch in length from hanging before he contacted me. I coached him with the length master only for 3 months. Bundled stretches only, no hanging.

He gained only flaccid size, no erect increment. I wonder what happened.

Maybe intensity was not high enough?
 
Some men are scared to push themselves but there is nothing to fear the penis is extremely residual
This was one of the first things I learned in PE.

I will spread these words.
If this is the reason brothers do not gain
according to this progression:
3 months length 0.25"-0.5 "
6 months length 0.75"-1"
1 year length 1"-2"
3 months girth 0.25"
6 months girth 0.5"
1 year girth 0.75"-1"

Note this is incremental and the measurements for each month or year.
We definitely need to spread the word about this. I will help.
