Ok, so I started PE on 24.1.2013 and made an excel to track my gains. It looks like this (EBPL):
24.1.2013 16.5cm
12.3.2013 17.2cm
2.5.2013 17.5cm
23.8.2013 17.9cm
13.9.2013 18.0cm
20.11.2013 18.0cm
24.2.2014 18.2cm

Not even going to bother putting my girth gains, because there is none! I first started with only jelqing routines and newbie routine, I even bought bathmate goliath and tried
DLD's SRT techniques, still without success, my girth is still 14.5cm erect and 14cm flaccid >:(
Also as you can see the length gains have been really slow as of late, this also frustrates me.
Also I had this feeling that from the beginning of my PE my hormones helped me a lot, since then i am 18 years old(Not sure if penis still grows at that age naturally), now I'm 19 and i don't know what to do next. Help please!
My current equipment: SizeGen Penis extender, Bathmate Goliath, Fleshlight, Cock ring, jim's wrap, mos DVD.
PS. I've also heard about ligament hardening that it makes length gains harder to obtain, may that be part of my problem too?

It really depends on what routine you have been actually following. I think that your length gains are not so bad, but maybe your girth gains are what you should be disappointed of. No problemo!! Everyone will try to help you! What routine have you been following to date? :)
 
Thank you so much for your reply. I've started with 90 days newbie routine and went to the SRT's first routine ever (the one he claimed he got 2 inches length from it). Also in all of these i did manual jelqing (different types for about an 30min sessions every day with those routines). Then i bought Bathmate and started following SRT routine, so far, only length gains and they are slowing down too. :(
 
What is your current routine specifically, particularly girth work? I see that the length gains are coming but you say they are slowing, this sometimes means you need to change the intensity or add in new exercises or a completely new length routine. But again, length has been decent and girth is where you are lacking so perhaps you could try a girth exclusive routine for a while to get focus clearer and see some gains in girth. Explain your routine in depth and I can advise you better.

Maybe we could forego length work for now and switch to a girth only routine to get things moving in that direction. I would say skip the manual stretching, keep the SizeGenetics use in place to keep length good and double up your girth work to an AM and PM session following the 5x5x3. Since you have made length gains and they seem to be slowing it would make sense to get girth going for now and come back to length. This will allow you to focus your mental game on one thing at a time. After you see some decent girth gains we can reincorporate the length work.
 
To be honest he seems to be a hardgainer when it comes to girth....

Do you enter the tube 100% erect? How strong are your erections and how long do you keep them for in the tube? Do you do kegels and keep good PC muscle conditioning?

I have read something about ligament and tissue hardening in this forum before. DO you warm up with heat? I even use heat often times while I hang. It keeps the tissue more relaxed. Smerc even posted temperatures at which collagenous tissues relax more. I need to bookmark the thread where he posted that so i can share it more easily at times like this b/c he described more fancily than i did and can remember.

I think that when girth is stubborn in exercise it can be treated by using girth in something more sexual, like a precursor to masturbation. It gives a goal of satisfaction. Setting up girth work prior to sex and setting a goal for expansion is a much easier way to get that expansion because our minds are looking for the reward.

Thank you very much for your advice! I will start my new routine ASAP! I will post here after say, a month or two to tell my result

Yes, 100%erect, tho erection keeps only for about 2-3 minutes, rest 2 minutes it's semi erect. I do kegels outside of PE routines, when im just doing casual stuff.

I have read something about ligament and tissue hardening in this forum before. DO you warm up with heat? I even use heat often times while I hang. It keeps the tissue more relaxed. Smerc even posted temperatures at which collagenous tissues relax more. I need to bookmark the thread where he posted that so i can share it more easily at times like this b/c he described more fancily than i did and can remember.

Usually i warm up for a minute or two, sometimes just skip it completely. Should put more effort on it too then.

So it's been a month of intensive girth training with bathmate and slow squash jelqs with 0 results, i get like from half of the cm to 0.8cm of temporary expansion but that's it, it's still temporary and nothing more... i also used cock ring after the routine. I'm completely given up on girth. Now i will just focus on length and get to my 20cm dream dick. Has someone else had this problem, maybe i'm not alone? Can you guys tell me with 100% certainty that this bathmate really works or any type of girth routines, please just tell me the truth, is it really even possible to increase girth? Or is all this some kind of marketing so ppl would buy useless stuff that promise results. :(

Personally my gains (length and girth) would tend to go up at the same time, kindof hand-in-hand .. not to make a pun.

I trained both together, using a dizzying number of exercises, but always zoning in on the ones that seemed like they worked better for me, .. then used persistent traction quite a bit afterwards .. now that's called an 'ANS'.

I put your measurements into a 'what is this euro guy talking about?' translator ;) and it says that you're currently 7.16 inches long by 5.7 inches wide...

Is that correct?

If so ... your ostensible hard-gaining regarding girth is doing you a favor ... because a 5.7 inch girth is generous at only a 7.16 inch length and going much girthier than that could be an error.

Of course we can point you to several girth-only exercises, but if my results on your stats are accurate, I would reconsider adding any more girth for the moment and continue with length.

In my opinion, the best size for aesthetics, and for athleticism (a reach of span allowing more types of sexual positions), and for non-balk hole agreement (people consenting/allowing you to still put that thing wherever you want to put it) is about 8.2 length by 5.8 girth. Or 20.8 cm by 14.73 cm. That's a big rod ... but not too big in any particular dimension.

1. Staying 2-3 minutes erect in the bathmate and then going semi woun't do much for expansion, you need to stay erect for the entire duration of the set to get the benefits. When I did the 5x5x3 used to watch ���� for the entire set to keep my erection up

2. I would recommend adding a seccond identical session in the evening

3. If a routine does not give you any results for a few months it's time to change it, have you tried a 30-45 min girth session with dry jelq, ulis, Horses and squizes?

4. With that kind of PI's it's imposible to not grow(i only got 0.25 post workout expansion and I stil got results) so I think you're doing more then one thing wrong here

Oh my, thank you so much for this! Btw that length is like perfect for what i'm going for, could you give me any advice? Maybe how you get your gains, maybe i could follow your program or something, i'd like to add that length to 21cm and some more on girth if there is some mystical way written on a magical scroll that is hidden inside the fire breathing dragon on a highest mountain the mankind is yet to see. But on a serious note, help me out please:) and thank you for cheering me, If you are telling the truth then i'm really motivated, same goes to you, Blueballs. Thank you guys! Any tips i could start like right away? I currently have following equipment: Bathmate Goliath, Sizegen extender, cock ring, jimms wrap.
Maybe i should get something else? Try new techniques, etc.? Any help is appreciated, i honestly feel a bit relieved :) love you guys, no homo! <3

The bath mate is very legit. Maybe you should go a few months without measuring. Don't get discouraged, and make sure to do it everyday religiously
