Squash jelqs gave me amazing results. I tried uli's as well, but those will make your penis less sensitive. I highly advise anyone who wants to do these to NOT do them. After I got some nerve damage from uli's just about anything I did seemed to cause more nerve damage.

If a horse squeeze is like an Uli where you force blood into the head I would sat don't do them. once the feeling is gone in your head the feeling is gone. NO more amazing orgasms afterward.

SlowSquashJelqs, in my opinion, should replace jelqs completely for many reasons. The Jelq, no matter how hard you try always looses blood flow after each stroke while the SlowSquashJelq retains it due to the lack of movement and slide. The Jelq only has one direction of expansion while the SSJ is a dual compression giving twice the intensity which brings much greater expansion. Jelqs are usually times by how many strokes you do while the SSJ is gaged by how much time you spend on the exercise, no counting involved. Men who use the SSJ consistently gain at much higher rates than those who Jelq due to these factors.
 
The best routine for packing on girth fast is the 5x5x3 routine. It is simple and very effective:

5 minutes in the pump at maximum pressure
5 minutes of SlowSquashJelqs
5 minutes in the pump at maximum pressure
5 minutes of SlowSquashJelqs
5 minutes in the pump at maximum pressure
5 minutes of SlowSquashJelqs

Done!

The best 30 minutes spent on girth!

My SSJ sessions last for 10 minutes so my whole session takes about 43 mins to 45 mins.
