Hi to all who know me despite my short presence here will know that I have been searching for that sweet spot for girth which hasn't increased a single CM for almost 4 months now. Well I did some searching and research around this forum and others and "clamping" really seems to be the way to go if your really looking to add some meat to you stick.

I'm really excited about this but despite the good reviews it seems to have its equal share of negatives also. If I can achieve my goal without clamping I'd prefer to do that but if I can't then I have no choice just to let every1 know where I stand I'm 5.75 EG and would like to be 6.5-6.75 EG do you think this is possible without clamping? (keep in mind I've been pe'ing for almost 10 months and have done just about every manual girth exercise there is including edging with just no luck.....length has been great though)

I'm just kind of afraid of clamping! <:( but it seems to be the only way for me.......

Just be carefull, clamping has done wonders for me, but I take extreme precations. I usually finish of with clamping afterward or sometimes in the middle of my girth work. I too was afraid at first, because there is so much internal pressure that clamping creates. The way I do it is keep constant heat while doing clamping. Heat pad,rice sock, ect. This I think this will help with the blood getting cold so soon. Make sure you kegel. Most important, "Listen to your body". Good luck man

How exactly is clamping "safe"? I'm not going to sit here and bash it but actually it seems to be the riskiest girth exercise there is, it's also very easy to overdo it on the tightness and sets. :)

I personally think this is a very bad idea, surely you are masking what would be a warning sign to take the clamp off. It's not the temperature of the blood that matters, it's the oxygen content primarily. If your dick gets very cold when clamping, that is a sign to get it off right away. If you mask that with heat, you might not be able to judge that your dick is starved of oxygen. Of course if you keep the sets short this won't matter as much.
 
My girth is starting to take off again. I've been vacuum hanging which has increased head size and base girth as well as length. Then I superset some squeezes (Uli's) with 10 min of pumping at low pressure. I think squeezes for 20-40 seconds and jelqing is not only the most basic but also the most effective.

I don't really trust clamping, even for a short period of time because it is clamping off the blood supply. And like psychotic said its the oxygen content of the blood thats important. No oxygen = cell death!!! The coldness is a result of decreased blood flow because one of the functions of blood is to disribute heat along with oxygen.

Yea, you do have to be careful. But if you follow the directions properly then it should be okay, just be careful
 
yeh I want to give it a go I'm abit afraid though (after hearing certain stories) how much on average can I expect to gain from clamping?


Btw I've been doing Penis Enlargement for almost 10 months so I think I'm advanced enough for this..
 
You are advanced enough for this. Just start with 2 or 3 sets per day only 15 minutes each. If you feel you can't handle it just take it off immediately. You will be safe if you follow directions properly.

start with 1 set of 10 minutes a couple times a week and if you feel good after the workout you can do more the next week. go slow baby steps....

I totally agree with you, but my sets are short, 10 mins at the most. And I can tell when enough is enough. And you are right about the oxygen in the blood. And I don't let it get so far as my whole dick is like a ice cube. I can't leave it on more than 10 mins anyway, but I do change up with jelgs in between the sets. And like I told him, just be carefull not to overdue it.
 
i do the same thing...i don't wear the clamp for no more than 15 minutes at a time and during i keep a heated pad on my testicles and then wrap it around my penis...while kegeling more blood in periodically....you do not want to overdo it when it comes to your penis...
 
I go with a simple routine of heat,jelq,clamp and I have seen vast improvement.
 
Squeezes still produce those little red dots at the base where I squeeze as well as throughout my shaft. I could see me trying this clamping thing because I could stay clamped while I study, but only for 5 minute sessions. Plus my dad's an electrician and I already have a supply of cable clamps from trying to make a Captain Wench. I read a thread by SWM at mynewsize and he stated that clamping prevents outflow of blood but allows some blood inflow to tha cock. It kinda makes sense since veins are usually more superficial and arteries deep but does anyone know the exact reason for this?

Also what direction is the wrap applied?
 
Thnx everybody! I want to buy a cable clamp unfortunately most of the retailers and suppliers are based in the US <:( does any1 know of a good UK supplier that sells cable clamp???

Pick a pack here http://www.cableclamp.com/SeaStore.html I got Assortment K which has 6 medium sized clamps. $20 which is £10 and shipping is $6/£3 so £13. Used to cost me £5 for one medium, 2 tiny and one large from B&Q so getting 6 medium is worth it at that price as I have broken all myn.
