I posted this on �other forum� I thought I'd post it here as well:

As much as we all want very quick gains (or we ge them but want them to last), it is inevitable that gains will slow and take time to develop. Sometimes you will work for months and months and not seem to get anywhere only for a rather noticeable gain to suddenly make itself known. To quote (paraphrase)( from one of my favorite books: "I like to think of training as a geometric spiral. With each phase of training taking you a different distance upward. Some times it takes you downward just gaining momentum for the next upward drive."

I think to be realistic we have to look at Penis Enlargement in phases. Yearly phases. Which could then be divided into smaller 3 month phases (or other permutations). Anyway I am 21. I know a majority of guys on these forums are much older and wiser than myself. Hearing about improved sex lives, feeling younger, more energy, more confidence etc. is very inspiring. I admit to having the attitude "I'm not gonna listen to these guys" 'take it slow' 'you can get injured' 'gains take time' etc. etc. I'm young im not gonna damage my little soldier I can make some big and fast gains. I have no yet started a consistent Penis Enlargement routine yet. I have been reading these forums tons of posts. I have done countless forum searches of different word combinations!

So, to cut this rambling and get to the point of this essay I am composing, I want to ask a question of all members here. I am 21 and realizing Penis Enlargement takes time, and should probably be a life long thing and I should look at it in stages and in all actuality years. Lets say you had 5 years, you wanted to compile the perfectly paced Penis Enlargement program. The program would be in phases, yearly monthly weekly, with whatever kind of work/rest day ratio, 5 on 2 off , 2 on 1 off, 7 on none off etc. Incorporating anything and everything from manual stretches, jelqs kegels, edging, extenders, hanging, pumping, cable clamping. I know there is some stuff discussed on here that is very aggressive and potentially dangerous (and yes all Penis Enlargement has risk and can be considered dangerous).
My goal is length, with side goals being general Penis health, good hard erections and eliminating premature ejaculation. I dont mean to leave out the guys who are going after girth but this thread is a bit selfish on my part since I want length.

So I am asking all that are interested and are willing to spare sometime for the benefit of me and everyone else on these forums.

Come up with a plan, the hypothetical time frame is 5 years. The Penis Enlargement plan should be organized in phases. With each phase having a certain objective. We'll say the Penis Enlargementer will have 30 minutes minimum to 2 hours maximum per day to devote to Penis Enlargement. This Penis Enlargementer is a complete newbie, his penis has to be slowly and gradually conditioned and built, with the main goal being length gains (and ancilliary benefits of the program being a healthier penis, better quality of erections, and eliminating premature ejaculation). The use of devices and or more aggressive exercises can be included as each member sees fit.

I apologize for the long post. I hope some people respond to it. I think if even 5-10 members respond to this and really put some time and effort into it this will be a valuable thread for people.

Since I am pretty much a Penis Enlargement virgin, i've tried some exercises etc. but I'm pretty much a newbie, I will follow one of these plans or an amalgamation of the plans suggested on this thread. I will have a training journal on this site. I know everyone will say, "he's not gonna be able to do that" "he won't stick to something so planned out and so longterm as this" but I will try my best.

Think about what you would have done differently when starting Penis Enlargement. Think of what you should have done more or less of etc. I know everyone is different and everyone responds a bit differently to Penis Enlargement but again I think this thread will be a good source of information. For the sake of pure honesty here, youre asking for way too much of a logical conclusion from WAY too much of a hypothetical, and very broad approach. It'd be similar to asking Lance Armstrong how likely it would be to finish in the Tour De France in the top 5 "if" you had 5 years to train in advance under completely ideal circumstances. Nobody could say. Looking for a conclusion based purely on "what ifs".

man...most people do not stay with Penis Enlargement for 5 years. All those that have are pretty massive, but I doubt any one of them thought about planning anything out and surely not in 3 month phases over years. Most of us "plan" and realize because of various factors these plans or routines are highly subject to change. Usually, time is the most important thing. Consistency over time is probably more key in achieving gains.

If you want to plan something go ahead, but think about it in terms of real time. If you hang you are going to have to warm up, wrap, hang, regain circulation, and so on. 2 hours of hanging is typically 3 hours in real time. If you want to jelq every day or every other day you have to consider there are going to be times when privacy could be an issue or energy or even your schedule. But these things EVERYONE knows and I know you do as well.

One last element to consider that makes this 5 year plan slightly unrealistic is that it is difficult to stay motivated. Frustration will be there throughout your Penis Enlargement life. When the gains eventually decrease or stagnate altogether the harder it will become to stay motivated. Once the gains stop it is also hard to know what to DO at this time. Do you stay on the same routine or do you modify it slightly or do you change it completely? Should you stop manual and go to an extender or should you go to an extender? Should you combine these things? Just hopping around might not be the best route to take but I know I was there for a while with manual routines.

My advice is to just make sure you have a solid and consistent jelq and kegel routine and make THAT your 5 year goal. Doing those things with any kind of Penis Enlargement routine or phase will give you some gains. 5 years is a long time man especially to do Penis Enlargement.

Wow, for that kind of time, I'd want to think I'd tripping over my cock. That is a massive commitment.
 
no shit...if in another 3.5 years i'm not 9 inches long and 6 inches thick I'll fucking jump out a window for wasting the last 5 years of my life doing this shit lol

nah I will be doing this until I'm satisfied so I don't really have a plan in the first place. Just putting in the work and knowing I will be rewarded for my labor.
 
In all seriousness, if your really going to devote 5 years which i don't consider such an impossibility, and all you want is length, if I were you I would just stretch at every available instant throughout my day, then at the end of the day b4 bed I would devote an hour or two to the really intense stuff. The later buuying a power assist for that end of the day workout, and later a hanger. Just stretching like a madman for that long will yield at least something in the 10 inch range, just look at motlissof :). Other than that I would jelq once a week and kegel during all the times I didn't have the privacy to stretch. That would give what your looking for IMO.
 
I'm sorry but I too am not going to create a plan for you.

My advice is that you start on simple things and read a lot on this forum. I know you already have but continue to. Then experiment with more advanced things and gradually find out what works for you and build it into your routine.

That's the best way to go.
 
Yo didn't DLD already create "phases" and a plan for Penis Enlargement?

Yes, if you are gonna stick with this for 5 years, dude that's an achievement on itself. Anyway, if it's just length you want, just pull your dick at every available oppurtunity. I'm postive that you don't need a "workout" per say, if you are doing this shit for 5 years.
