Hey all, Just wanted to know how everyone's workout routines are going and what they consist of. Here's mine in a lot of detail. Looking forward to hearing from other members so I can gain knowledge and add stuff to my arsenal.

1. Warm-up with shower or warm wash clothe with 5 min. of light Bathmate. If using wash-clothe I stretch and pull at my ligs, also I throw in a T-health massage and ball stretch.
2. 1 set of DLD's newbie stretch routine with the LengthMaster. Today I discovered that you can do lazy ass stretches with the LM!!! Jeeez those were stupid intense =O, I'm in stretch heaven, is there anything the LM can't do lol?
3. (Optional) After I take off the LM I do BlueWhales lig stretch, a powerassist stretch or two, and maybe a __________ stretch for good measure, all while I still have the theraband on from coming out of the LM.
4. I then warm-up again and use the Bathmate, I might do a few sets 20 min. x 3 sets at the most. I did that today and got a great workout. My method changed a little, Instead of doing it in the tub all the time which is hard for me. I fill up a bucket of water in my room to fill it up, put the vaseline on the seal, shake the air bubbles out and get in on quickly while I'm still erect and pump gently instead of hard because the Bathmate seems to lose pressure when I pump hard all the way so I pump about half way and I get amazing pressure. I did this today and I got the best suction yet, it even hurt It was sucking so hard this is what I was looking for and I got it. Last I sit on my computer chair with a heating pad over my lap while I have the Bathmate on and put on a nice ����. Today was best Bathmate session I yet. =) Extremely pleased with the Bathmate.
5. Now I lube up and do SSJ's mixed with regular Jelqs for 20-30 minutes.
6. After that do about 10-15 min. of erect kegels. To do these I made a rubberband cock ring as shown on youtube, then I attached a padlock to the smaller loop. I then slip the bigger loop onto my shaft and do weighted erect kegels.
7. Warm-down, I usually just use the heat pad.
8. At night before bed I do pillow foaffers mixed with nice hard intense kegels with a pillow tucked between my legs. Once in a while I might listen to some Penis Enlargement hypnosis that I found from this site as well to relax.

Every time I urinate I do about 3 kegels and some JAI stretches. Also I will soon be incorporating hanging with the LM into my routine to gain length but I will probably need to do it a separate time of day and call it a second workout with 5 min. of Bathmate in between hanging sets. Things I want to get for the future is the SG extender, and a ball weight. I might have forgot some small things but I think I mentioned just about everything. What do you guys think, please feel free to critique, Thank you for reading.

@Truant. Your Bathmate routine sounds hardcore! Seems a good routine, very girth orientated though. I assume you are mainly focusing on girth?

Here's mine.
6.30am: Wake up. Testicle massage in the shower.
7am: 1 hour SizeGenetic.
8am until 5pm: Sporadic kegel sprints. I aim for 1500 by 5pm, usually done in sets of 200.
5pm: 10 minutes manual stretching + 5 minute massage.
5.20pm: 1 hour SizeGenetic.
6.20pm: 5 minute massage.
6.25pm: 1 hour SizeGenetic.
7.25pm: 10 minute manual session or massage + quick jack until PONR, then edge once. (Depends how horny)
7.45pm: 1 hour SizeGenetic.
8.45pm: 10 minute manual session.
9pm: 1 hour SizeGenetic.
10pm: Optional manual work or a massage.
10.10pm: Bathmate.
10.40pm: Edging, jelqing, or a wank.

Obviously i don't stick to that exact time schedule. Sometimes i do more work, sometimes i do less. It depends how i feel, but that is my average work out.
 
what I am currently doing:

1) 10 minute rick sock warm up - this is to help loosen up tissues and prevent injuries.

2) 2 bundled stretches, 1 in each direction, 30 seconds each, just slightly up wards with the free hand pressing down on the base with a "V" between the thumb and finger - This is a tunica targetting exercise. I put it here for maximum tissue micro tearing while the penis tissue is the most warmed up.

3) 3 stretches out, left, right, up, down, 30 seconds each. You should feel it a bit more after the bundled stretches.

4) 1 stretch down left, down right, up left, up right, 30 seconds each.

5) Spiral helicopter stretches. This is my exercise. Start straight out with small circles, gradually getting bigger with each rotation until a normal full helicopter stretch is reached. I do this 3 times in each direction, about 10 circles each set.

6) 2 more bundled stretches, 1 in each direction, but this time pulling straight up while pressing down on the base with a V.

7) 5 A-Frame stretches. This is where you grab the head with an overhand grip, place the wrist of your free hand under your penis at the base, and stretch over the top of the wrist. This targets the "cord" inside the penis and helps to break that down. 30 seconds each time here too.

That is the stretching part. At no time should you feel like you are going to pull your dick off. The feeling you want is not discomfort or sharp pain but good tension and possibly even a dull burn.

Now onto the girth part..

1) Start with flaccid wet jelqing until enough blood builds up to 50% erection, then start my timer.

2) 50%-60%erection level jelqing for 5 minutes. I vary my grip and angle. I use the overhand ok grip and jelq down, the underhand grip and jelq out, and the v grip and jelq up. I switch it up as I feel like it.

3) 3 modified Uli's. (Horse clamps?) Work to a 80%+ erection level, place an overhand ok grip at the base and squeeze hard. With my free hand, squeeze the glans to force blood back into the shaft. Hold the squeeze with both hands for 30 seconds each time.

4) repeat 2 and 3, twice

Lastly, if you have time, edge for 10-15 minutes after the workout, with erect kegels as you feel like doing them. If you would like to traction wrap, this is a good time.

This whole process takes about an hour to an hour and a half. But I recommend at MAX a 2 day on 1 day off schedule for this routine. I am a firm believer is rest, and currently do this routine as a 1 on - 1 off - 2 on - 1 off - 1 on - 1 off. I do it on Sunday Tuesday Wednesday Friday.

Jai stretches throughout the day.
Kegels every other day.
"Sleeping" Fowfers at night.

That's it. I hope this works for all those who try it, as it has for me.

Thanks for saying that about my Bathmate session Medicated it was really intense today since I'm learning how to use it. Also for seeing that it's girth related I never realized that. I'm about ''5'' in girth, having the Bathmate and doing the girth work with the SSJ is fairly new to me. Things are getting a little better now ever since I found this site and gaining all this fantastic information. This site is what really helped me take it up a notch and really helped me put the routine in the order that it is. Special thanks to DLD and all the Veteran members!!!

I didn't realize you were new! 1 hour Bathmate sessions is quite excessive man, but i guess it depends how intense you're going. Don't hurt yourself.

Well the LM gives your routine length aspect but 1 hour of your routine Bathmate and 30 minutes is jelqing and SSJ-ing. So unless you spend 2 hours in the Length Master, your routine is heavily girth orientated. Still, not a bad thing if you want that girth.
