First of all let me say that if properly used and with enough intensity this will make your grow at insanely fast pace.
Secondly because you will be using an immense amount of force this cant be worn more then 20-30 minutes at a time because of the extreme forces beeing applied to the glans.
Requirements:
- pack of cable ties (very cheap)
- very good wraping technique
- a simple belt you use for your jeans
The Exercise :
In a totally flaccid state wrap your penis beneath your glans as best as you can.Personally i wrap with a thick sock.
Put your belt around your thigh firmly and wrap it a few times before closing it tightly so it doesnt move.
Now put the first cable tie around your glans and close it as tight as possible so it doesnt fall off.
Now take 2 cable ties or 1 and wrap them around the metal part of the belt and perform a knot so that the part of the cable tie in which you insert the other part of the cable tie is free.
Now take the inserting part of the cable tie that is tied around you glans and connect it to the second cable tie wrapped around your belt.
When you connect them just close the the 1 cable tie that is connected to the other cable tie as much as you can.Basically what you are doing is closing the gap between the glans and your belt and thus immensely increasing the stretching force that is beeing applied to your penis.
Basically what you are doing is using cable ties as puzzles to make an ADS.
Final cruicial part :
With cable tie belt set in place in standing position you should already feel a good stretch beeing applied but not even 1/10th of a force that you shall be feeling in just a few secs.
Now just sit down on a chair and simply spread your legs outwards to increase the stretch X 10 .
If you do it right this will feel like hanging a 100 pounds on your penis.
Few more tips:
Because the cable ties are pretty sharp and you will be using very big forces no matter how good your wrapping technique is you will experience potential skin pinching,bruising,etc. but thats a normal thing.
To increase stretching force even more dont use 2 cable ties to make a knot around the belt use just 1 because this way the space between the 1st cable tie that is positioned around your glands and the 2nd one will shortened that you will have a hard time connecting the 2 cable ties together let alone closing them to the max afterward and potentially rip your penis from the root.
