First of all let me say that if properly used and with enough intensity this will make your grow at insanely fast pace.

Secondly because you will be using an immense amount of force this cant be worn more then 20-30 minutes at a time because of the extreme forces beeing applied to the glans.

Requirements:

- pack of cable ties (very cheap)

- very good wraping technique

- a simple belt you use for your jeans


The Exercise :

In a totally flaccid state wrap your penis beneath your glans as best as you can.Personally i wrap with a thick sock.LMAO

Put your belt around your thigh firmly and wrap it a few times before closing it tightly so it doesnt move.

Now put the first cable tie around your glans and close it as tight as possible so it doesnt fall off.

Now take 2 cable ties or 1 and wrap them around the metal part of the belt and perform a knot so that the part of the cable tie in which you insert the other part of the cable tie is free.

Now take the inserting part of the cable tie that is tied around you glans and connect it to the second cable tie wrapped around your belt.

When you connect them just close the the 1 cable tie that is connected to the other cable tie as much as you can.Basically what you are doing is closing the gap between the glans and your belt and thus immensely increasing the stretching force that is beeing applied to your penis.

Basically what you are doing is using cable ties as puzzles to make an ADS.

Final cruicial part :


With cable tie belt set in place in standing position you should already feel a good stretch beeing applied but not even 1/10th of a force that you shall be feeling in just a few secs.

Now just sit down on a chair and simply spread your legs outwards to increase the stretch X 10 .
If you do it right this will feel like hanging a 100 pounds on your penis.

Few more tips:

Because the cable ties are pretty sharp and you will be using very big forces no matter how good your wrapping technique is you will experience potential skin pinching,bruising,etc. but thats a normal thing.

To increase stretching force even more dont use 2 cable ties to make a knot around the belt use just 1 because this way the space between the 1st cable tie that is positioned around your glands and the 2nd one will shortened that you will have a hard time connecting the 2 cable ties together let alone closing them to the max afterward and potentially rip your penis from the root.

Red this will break any plateu i guarantee it.Problem with conventional ADS devices and hangers is that most of them dont provide sufficient force to make big gains especially for intermediate and advanced Penis Enlargement practitioners.Sure youll get some results but honestly 2-3 pounds of force wont do much.
What this does is it allows you to increase the pulling force as much as you like and your penis will never be able to adapt cause you will always bombard him with increased force.
This is like manual penis enlargment where device does all the work.Thats how good this is.It provides me a bigger stretching force then i can apply manually even.

No it wont work with cable clamps because they are not long enough and not flexible enough to do this.

I found this picture on �other PE site� its a similiar concept except you are using cable ties instead of bandage to provide a much greater resistance and follow the instructions in the OP for details how to make this ADS the last tool youll ever need.

Do you pull the foreskin back or shall the cable tie be attached like a hanger? The idea sounds cool, but I can see problems in opening the cable tie that is at the penis, it's probably very difficult to cut it and if you have accidentally clamped a nerve then this could get really painful...

Thats why you use a reversible cable tie thats easy to pull off with a single click and with good thick wraping techique there is no risk of any damage except bruisin and thats easily acceptable as far as risk/benefit ratio is concerned.
 
Oh ok that would work. Too damn bad that I couldn't find these reversible cable ties, guess I have to order them from the net...

You dont need to you have then in any better local hardware shop just ask the selling guy that you need reversible cable ties they are extra cheap.

i am very interested to try this as well.

@Blue: i've toughened the shit out of my ligs through hanging. i started a routine not long ago but never stuck with it, subsequently toughening my ligs as a result of being inconsistent (not hanging regularly, allowing ligs to heal tougher). do you think that this device could help me break out of this plateau?

I dont believe in plateaus."Plateaus" are combinations of lazyness coupled with not using adequate intensity.
 
I believe this happens when the penis becomes to used to a current routine and my advice is always as such:

1. Increase intensity in current routine. If this does not work then it is because of the penis being too used to the exercises.
2. Add Time or additional sets to the current routine.
3. Change to a new routine

you want me to take a cable tie, and kind a lock the wrapping? and then take another tie, and connect the belt and the current cable tie ? is that correct?

Yep.You can use a rope or any kind of material thats gonna provide a tight constriction around the glans and anchor it around the belt so you can easily regulate the stretching force that is beeing applied to your penis.
 
Has anyone tried this? Be great if they could report here. Also, if they could suggest how they set it up. Cheers.

Wow, so what kind of massive gains has BW made with this? You can indeed to similar with a dog collar, bungees, cable clamps. It is a good idea, but definitely not "ADS". That implies ALL DAY wear...and 20 minute limits due to loss of circulation is not all day. Just stating facts.
