Hey guys i am currently working on girth, here is my routine.

1 day on 1 day off
15min clamping
5minute O-bends

15min clamping
3-4minutes O-bends

15min clamping
3-4minutes O-bends

10-15min clamping
3-4 min light jelqing

*note I also squeeze my head and the base during the clamping which gives me great expansion without fluid build up.I also use light pressure with the clamping, 2 to 3 clicks from the start of the clamp .I use sock as a wrap.(Before i clamped at very high pressure 2-3 clicks left which always fucked up my EQ and gave me red dots even from 10min session.)


Here is my issue though:After my seession my dick is greatly engorged.But until the next session the pump is gone, so i am starting my next session almost from ground zero.
So i want to keep atleast some of my engrogmenet until the next session.AKA healing in expanded state. I will use a cockring but i am not sure how much should i use it.

I think about first doing my routine in the morning then put on a cockring and keep it until i go to bed.And no cockring or anything for my off day, so i don't fuck up my EQ for the next session. How do you guys do the healing in expanded state do you use the cockring only on the Penis Enlargement day and also on the OFF day or 24/7 or what?



How to keep my engrgment until the next session so i can constantly grow in grith and push the limit?
For now I will experiment with 1 pumping set before my clamping, which as i hear brings great longterm expansion. As well as red frendos and SSJs in my brakes between clamping.

Well, I do not have a cock ring, but from the knowledge I've gathered here in the MOS- I would finish my session, strap the cock ring on. At the start take off every hour or so to let new blood come in and rebuild good quality erection and then strap on again. I would want it on my rest days as well (the more it keeps the expansion the better the cement). One thing I got from Loveherdeeply is that you can buy 2 rings- one tight and one loose enough not to cause an injury, but tight enough not to let the blood go out. After the workout and through the whole day I would wear the tight one and before I go to bed I would strap the looser one and wake up every 2 hours or so to check if everything is ok. Black O Rings are my favorite. They last for a good month and they are very simple and easy to put on and off.
 
What happened with your post workout expansion? Do you still get these problems once you got the rings (if they have arrived of course)? I want to buy a ring as well and your feedback would be highly appreciated! :)

I'll hit you back with some info... I got three coming in on monday. Im going to rock a pretty heavy duty one right after Bathmate,SSJ and clamping for as long as I can. Then put a soft one on after that for hanging out, maybe going to bed?
 
Great, thanks, Born! It is very good what you have thought of- a hardcore girth routine and a ring afterwards, but my advice is that if you do the heavy session and apply the ring afterwards- do not wear it while you sleep. Loveherdeeply once said yo me what he does and it was like:
He does his routine, cock rings afterwards. Before he goes to bed he put on a looser ring and falls into sleep. He periodically wakes up every 2-3 hours or so to check if his dick has turned blue or cold. If it has- he massages his dick- lets new blood come in and when everything goes back to normal- straps it on again and falls into sleep. If it's all ok- goes back to sleep immediately. Having a ring on while sleeping is dangerous since if you cut of the bloodflow (that's why if you want to do this- wear a loose cock ring, but tight enough to keep at least some of your post workout expansion) you won't even know what happened and might wake up with a injured dick. Be careful, but if you are cautious everything should be ok. I think that if you do this for around 2-3 weeks and condition your dick to have the ring for 8-9 hours with no taking off while you sleep, then you won't even have to wake up to check if it's all ok. It is at your own risk, but if you choose to do it- be cautious!!! :). If you have any worries share them with the brothers- we will advise you as good as we can :).

I normally take 2 showers 1 after the gym in the morning and 1 before bed. Depending on if I'm busy early or late I will do my girth either morning or night the other session I do my stretches and hardcore Bathmate stretches . so I basically get a pure girth session and then a length session with a little pumping. This normally keeps my pump going
 
Yeah, that a good one carp, but isn't this a bit too much on the penis. The penis needs to rest to heal and you are just not letting it. How much rest does a penis need is not something I understand very well, but I know that you should let it heal. I would like to hear DLD on that one- what he has to say about this because it is truly interesting and if x2 a day girth exercising a yes this would make girth gains faster. :)
 
well i really dont treat my length time as girth time . I only spend maybe 5 min in the Bathmate as i stretch. I do keep i really dont gain to much of a pump from that . When i do my girth is when i go 8 to 10 min pump then 100 jelqs for 2 sets. Thats when i get a good pump. And as far as heeling goes i try to go 2 on 1 off . My EQ is better than its been in a long time.
 
Why not try the 5x5x3. I've hear miraculous comments form brothers on this one. It is worth trying. 5 min pump and then 5 min SSJ and that repeated 3 times.

As for the second session and the healing- you know the best. I mean the expansion and results speak for themselves. If you are going well with the results then this is the way to go. Please do share what results have you seen so far using this :)

Ok. Got my cock ring plethora and am employing them in my girth days. Currently, I train two girth days, two length days and then a mild combined day on my last day to ease into the weekend. What I have done so far:

After Bathmate and SSJ (some version of 5x5x3) I put on a very small, but squishy cockring. It is really tight given the amount of expansion and really pulls tightly. It kept quite a bit of my pump in there until the time I went to bed. Now, I have a large rigid cockring made of silicone that I eventually plan to wear at night after a few weeks of wearing all day. I can still piss through it and it doesn't really keep my erections up like I thought it would. This WOULD be bad if I cared to use it for clamping balloning ect, but there has been an unexpected turn of events with this one. Born, can you please tell me what rings do you use and link them here? I've been looking for a good ring, but one that is adjustable. Please do share what rings you use :)
