Hi Everyone

First of all, wanted to thank everyone who contributes on this excellent forum.
I done so far 3 months of exercises, gaining 3/5 inch (bpel) so far: but gains were descending every month, finally giving me zero the third one! a full month of Penis Enlargement and nothing added? is this the infamous ''plateau''? I've searched the forum a couple of months to learn about the Q's & A's, so i don't waste anybody's time; anyway, here goes my routine:

The first two weeks:
2' Wake Up Cloth + Stretching 25 reps/ 5 seconds + Jelqs: 50 (3 sec) + 40 Horizontal Movement (3 sec) + PC flex: 30 reps (2 sec)
Next two weeks:
3' Wake Up Cloth + Stretching 25 reps/ 10 seconds + Jelqs: 100 (3 sec) + 60 Horizontal Movement (3 sec) + PC flex: 40 reps (2 sec)
FIRST GAIN OF 0.40 INCH LENGTH (WOW!)

Second month:
4' Wake Up Cloth + Stretching 25 reps/ 15 sec + Circular Stretching (Heli) 15 reps (10 sec each) + Jelqs: 150 (3 sec) + PC flex: 60 reps (2 sec)
GAINS SLOWED DOWN TO 0.20 INCH LENGTH (OK FOR ME)

Third month:
5' Wake Up Cloth + Stretching 25 reps/ 15 sec + Circular Stretching (Heli) 20 reps (10 sec each) + Jelqs: 200 (3 sec) + Jelq and Hold: 15 (3 sec jelq & 10 sec hold) + PC flex: 80 reps (2 sec)
NO GAIN (am i doing something wrong or WTF?)

Q's:
1.) Anything wrong with my approach? should i go on and eventually the gains will show later?
2.) Should i swap exercises and search for advanced ones, like bundled stretches, or another?
3.) To date no gain in girth (every month i grip stronger, as advised, feeling a slight disconfort, but no pain): i'm rather confused no gains show up in this departement...

Im no Penis Enlargement expert or anything. But from my past experience when i Penis Enlargement'd a couple years ago i gained a little bit and doing a stupid thing i never kept with it, i got lazy. But I just got back into Penis Enlargement say about a week ago and decided its time to get serious. I started with manual stretching, but for some reason really wanted to do the DLD Blasters so i did 20 reps of those with the 5-10 seconds of kegeling then 5-10 seconds of reverse kegeling. and no doubt, i already have some gain. I was a little under 2 and half inches flaccid and im almost 3 inches flaccid already, and only 5 inches erect and im somewhere under 5 and a half. I would say throw in some advanced stretches if your going for length like the Blasters, im already seeing good results. I took it a little far i think maybe over stretching and now got this little purple dot on my shaft but just do it to your comfort and like DLD said listen to your penis and keep positive.

I started in april (it's my first time ever w/ Penis Enlargement) and am still astounded w/ the fact that Penis Enlargement really works! I've made an extensive research before posting, and read that we must try to gain as much of a particular routine as we can 'til it's exhausted, and THEN incorporate other (advanced or not) routines and/or exercises...i don't know, what you think about it?
About the red purples: (remember i'm no expert either) but they are completely normal IF they go away in a couple of days, and yes, are sign of overdoin' a bit. please take it easy next time...

Dude, one month w/o gains is not a plateau. Most of us don't get gains in one month. If you go about 4-6 months with no gains then you might have plateaued and need to either take a decon break or completely revamp your routine.
 
It's all about increasing the intensity. I recommend that you check out DLD's first routine.
 
Now slow the jelq down to 5 seconds per stroke a lighten the grip. Your stretch routine is great by the way. You have done great gaining. What is a wake up cloth?

Perhaps a short two week decon brek is in order.
 
Three months is not long enough to reach a plateau. I got my biggest gains in length and girth during the fourth month when I upped the intensity and length of the workouts and added the stretches to a heavy duty jelq routine.

lifted: Thanx for the compliments. Excuse me, but i'm confused about slowing down the jelqs: isn't it recommended to make the grip successively harder? lighten the grip will make me gain anything? ?:( can you explain me for what reason should i grip lighter? Ty.

goinfor11x7: as of intensity, can't stretch harder because i'm already at the limit of pain...i feel a little sore at the ligs..is it wise to go beyond it? also: can you please tell me what your routine was (before/after) so i can understand better the last thing that you said? (btw: i am currently doing 275 jelgs (2 secs) with a firm grip, in between 70 to 90% hardness. THANX
 
Regarding my original routine, I only did the jelq (very slow and intense) as per Lifted, (my old pal), 3 to 5 seconds for each stroke. I know DLD prefered a faster stroke, but each to his own, right? :)

By the way, I spent 10 minutes warming up with a hot cloth, so that I had a semi-erect penis before I started to jelq. I never jelqed at more than 50 % erect--usually between 30 % and 50 % erect.

Then when I added the stretches, I made them a part of the jelq stroke, so that I ended each stroke with an intense straight out and then downward stretch. I used a lot of lube for each session, by the way, and my sessions were never shorter than a half hour, usually closer to an hour or more. I never counted the number of strokes. I focused much more on visualizing my cock getting longer and fatter.

I guess each stroke would then be about 5 seconds long including the downward stretch.

It's been a while, but I believe I spent the fourth month doing this combined jelq/stetch routine. That was when I gained like crazy. Then I hit a plateau (during my fifth month) and I turned to stretching sessions including a lot of edging), but I really cut back at that point in the total time and intensity of my workouts and lost some length after that. (I just didn't have the time to dedicated to P.E. as I did during the fall into the winter months of that year). My girth, however, remained intact.

That's pretty much it.

Q1: the ''edging'' thing: you're talking about slammers, right? Did it give to you some gains? You added it to your routine, or replaced another exercise with it?
Q2: if i include your ''jelq and final stretch'' to my routine without modifying the time i spent with the regular stretching sessions, do I not run risk of overdoin' ? i mean: am I supposed to add the final stretches (the ones during jelqs) with the ones from the stretching sessions? Forgive me if I am insistent, but I try to overcome this damned problem <:(

I don't see why you can't do both (the jelq/stretch and the regular stretch) routines so long as you do them at different times during the day. I find the best times are first thing in the morning, late morning, and late evening. That is when my dick is most "flushed flaccid" and ready to go. You don't want to start these sessions if you are turtling a lot.

Regarding the edging, I think you may be confusing it with a slammer. I think that is different. Edging is like ballooning. It's a kind of masturbation without ejaculation. You keep working your dick to the point of popping, but you don't pop. You do that over and over to get as much blood into your dick until it's ready to bust. Maybe this is called a "slammer" too. I'm not sure.

I try to edge for at least an hour and I do this in the early morning. If you do an edging session, then it makes sense not to try to do the other sessions too.


I've reached my absolute maximum lengths in girth and length while lying in bed doing the edging. I think you want to reserve the edging for under the covers. The reason is you can keep your dick nice and warm and you don't have to go to all the other trouble to warm it up like you would do with the wet jelq. The important point about edging is not to ejaculate. You might schedule a session of edging two to three nights in a row. Then reward yourself with letting go. You should be able to "blow a hole in the covers."

I'm wondering if the �naked people movies� stars do a long edging session before performing--either that or pumping. I'll bet some do.

All of these sessions should leave your dick plump and "flushed flaccid" a lot more of the time. If your dick is still shrinking (as you say), then I would say you are overdoing it and you might want to cut back.

But I would only cut back in your regular stretching routine, and stick with the jelq/stretch combined and the edging sessions.

OK, I have gone through 6 weeks of not gaining, sincerely got tired of this...have tried reworking and reordering my routine as advised, besides extending my stretching sessions (as advised) from the previous 8 minutes (actual workout time, not counting between reps) to fairly 20 - 22 minutes, and another equal time spent with slow jelqs (5 sec strokes), so total workout (including kegels and warmup/ warmdown of 10 minutes each) reaches roughly 90 minutes, done 2 days on, 1 day off.
Soooo, will try the decon stuff (seems to work for vets, not shure if it's the same for me, considering still newbie with almost 4 months...)

I don't consider any aspect of P.E. a waste of time. Remember, that it's far from a science and it's all about trial and error. The tear in your frenulum is something to be concerned about, so maybe you DO need to take some time off to let it heal. I would.

You really need to look at P.E. in the longer term. Then you won't get so twisted out of shape. I like what CrazyEd just advised another "Newbie" about looking at P.E. as a pleasurable, sexual experience, not a chore. I agree with that outlook wholeheartedly.

It has always been something I enjoy doing, just like any other physical experience.

And hey man, a "larger penis, stronger orgasms, and harder than before erections" ain't bad for a few months.

Certainly that I agree with you that everything what I've obtained is more than valid the effort. I recommend wholeheartedly Penis Enlargement to all guys, because of this, and many other positive (side) benefits too! ;)

I can't express how grateful i am for all the feedback: it certainly moves me to continue with Penis Enlargement ;)

I thought updating this thread with my new gains and things I discovered down the route could help someone:

In my first two months, I gained in lenght (but nothing in girth), months three and four I saw no gains and feared running into a PLATEAU, so I asked here for help (later I understood that 2 months of no gains are quite common); following chazster's advice I revamped my routine, but was unsuccessful:
I finally went right into a DECON BREAK of 2 months; here's what happened next:

First of all, I discovered that DECONS are very helpful if you stall for a long time; coming back from it, I lost a full quarter inch EL (5mm) after those 8 weeks, but strangely my other stats remained unaltered. Of course losing any previous gain drove me crazy, but please keep reading:
Next I tried a light routine (4 weeks that resulted in zero gains, nada)
I switched from newbie exercises to advanced ones, and in the following 2 weeks I not only managed to regain the lost quarter EL, but won an additional quarter (5mm) BPenis EnlargementL! :O
Well, with this gainrate I certainly saw me swinging a big bat in the near future...sadly for me, again I ran into a brick wall...but I kept struggling.
Fast forward two more months, and (I believe) my pecker grew an additional 1/8 inch EL (3mm) ?:(
Ok, having read about vacuum ADS, I started using a homemade one, but it took me too long (5 weeks of daily use, paired with a standard stretch and jelq routine) to adapt to it.
Then, after 8 weeks (or 300 hours of use) my first FL and FG change appeared (roughly 2/5 inch or 10mm every one). ;)
Still another 4 weeks (at the 750 hour mark) my BPFSL went a quarter up (5mm). :cool:
The last measurement 1 month ago (having reached the 1000 hour mark, and crossing the 18&#170; month of Penis Enlargement) was disappointing: zero gains in all measurements taken...<:(
In the meantime, I read about IPR training (which includes a light hanging and ADS regime), and before I stopped Penis Enlargement fully to go into a second DECON, I decided to experiment for the first time with hanging techniques (homemade ADS hanger) a couple of times; to clarify things a bit, it was BEFORE I took the previous mentioned disappointing measurement. Totalmente time experimenting with my hanger was 90 minutes in 5 nonconsecutive days.
Three days later I casually repeated my measurement chore (don't know why) and bang!: MY EYES (AND BRAIN) COULDN'T BELIEVE IT:
I grew 1/8 inch EL (3mm) and 1/8 inch BPenis EnlargementL! And now what really shocked me: for the first time ever I could record a girth change! 1/8 inch EG (3mm) WOW! :p

Corollary for the despaired ones:
the more you read (investigate), the less you will despair and err; Some are lucky and gain with ease, and then unfortunately, there are hard gainers (like me and you) who must strive to gain every 1/16 of an inch; Guys, cheer up! if that's what it takes to ever swing our bat triumphantly, I say let's do what ever it takes to reach our goals! After all, it's a matter of time...slow and steady wins the race!
