Hi guys

I've been doing PE for just over 2 years now and it's become a great part of my life, having gained just under an inch so far.

I started with good ol' JP90 then moved onto my own manual routine for a few months.

I then started hanging first with the BIB but then quit that (following awful bruising, slipping issues, etc) and moved onto the LG hanger with which I had a much better experience.

I reached about 15lb hanging weight with the LG wplit into a morning set of 45min and an evening set of an hour, but wasnt gaining anymore. The heavy weights were also causing serious peeling of my glans. I considered changing angles but wanted to give my glans a break (LOT is between 7 and 8, if that matters).

So I've gone back to manual and after 3 weeks of readjusting back into it, I am now following this routine (as of 2 days ago):

10min warm air warm up
1min bundled stretches at 1.5 rotations in all 5 directions
DLD blasters (i.e. stretch up 100 kegels, A stretches for 50 reps)

15min jelqing

cool/warm down in shower

I also use the Phallosan Forte for 10-11 hours a day (daytime) and workouts are at night.

What are your thoughts on this routine? Do you think even following my experience I could see some gains from this? I really enjoyed the DLD blasters these last 2 workouts along with the jelqing and bundles as a pre-stretch beforehand. The routine will be a 1 on 1 off cycle.

My aim is actually to increase flaccid length, not too bothered with erect gains (but will never say no to more haha)

PIs are great at the moment too.

This is definitely an evolution but a good one. JP's routine seemed to give you what it could and you should feel great about that. But, eventually the penis will become used to certain things and gains will slow or stop. In this case it is time to evolve into a new routine. I like what you have outlined and it is employing all important parts of SRT. Flaccid length is always relative to erect length as far as gaining size goes but there are ways to make your flaccid size very close to your erect size and that is through LazyAssStretches, these are simple and can be done for hours when sitting. The other part would be the Phallosan (or the like) which you are already doing. I would stick with this routine but understand that you will probably make erect gains too along size the flaccid.

I have read your thread on SRT and it looks encouraging. I think that if the fulcrum hanging doesnt work for me after this manual phase I'm doing now, then I will definitely give SRT a try.

Yup, Bundled Blasters are a killer. This was an exercise I came up with before I even knew Bundles would do what they do :) Sometimes the invention turns out to be something completely different, but today, knowing that Bundled Stretches hyper-effect the Tunica we can see why gains have been so much easier for men by this simple exercise. DLD Blasters you can do everyday, 10 times a day if you want :) The more stretching the better. SRT will rock your world, everyone eventually gets into it as the reviews are non-stop positive.
 
DLD - So you're saying I shouldn't take any rest days? I'm happy not to but wanted to be 100% sure :)

The length master looks interesting too. Something to consider for the future... Spent enough on PE equipment already haha

No rest unless you really need it. I never took a day off and my gains came extremely quickly.

The LengthMaster will rock your world.
 
Looks like a good routine to get you back in the groove.

The problem with a vacuum hanger...well one of the many that the fanboys won't admit is that the higher you go in weight with one, the higher the internal vacuum in the hanger chamber goes. No matter what, you eventually succumb to the negative issues of using too much HG, or vacuum. Blisters most often and other issues like yours with the glans peeling and sensitivity. Sure, you can wrap the glans and add this or that to the vacuum chamber....but air is a gas and it will find a way to creep past your barrier, eventually.

Most experienced penis pumpers will tell you they rarely if ever exceed around 7-10 HG. This is for long term penis health usually. Check the vacuum level inside your LG the next time you use it with 15lbs attached. I have seen a few men say they have gone as high as 20lbs "comfortably" with their LG, but again....how much HG is in that chamber? How safe over the long term is that?

Also, no matter what, your penis adapts to the weight you use over time. So, no matter how much time you add to your sets with the same weight, the less you will see in return over time, because the penis is not actually being forced to adapt to new weight. You may "feel" a "stretch", but you are not forcing new adaptation with new, increased weight.
Eventually, the average guy gains his 1 inch or so in length most guys want and quits. Considering the time vacuum hanging requires, going by the school of thought that goes with vacuum hanging....reach a certain weight and just add more and more time that's usually an eventual consideration for when a guy decides to quit. Most men don't have that much time in a day to begin with.

Consider...and I direct this at everyone in the PE community.....the LG Hanger has been on the market now for around 4 years as of this post date. Where are all the big gainers?

With a compression hanger like the BIB, or my hanger, slippage and bruising...which is caused by the forward movement, or slipping of the hanger under pressure is from poor hanger fit. A tight as possible fit of your hanger before you begin hanging is best to prevent this issue. Reaching out to an experienced hanger can most likely help you get around this issue. Allowing your penis time to adapt to tissue compression and slowly moving up in weight while giving yourself time to learn to properly use a compression hanger will usually keep you from having bruising issues. If you get bruising you either likely went up too fast in weight, your hanger was not tight enough, or both.

Again, we have guys here like myself who are able to help.

i only take rest from enlargement if my erections are weaker

I guess the LG just looks comfortable and good on paper but i mean realisticly i agree a traditional hanger would be better. maybe it has potential for glans enlargement though
 
There is a new routine out there which I made myself. 1 hour bundled stretches. This is capable of giving a newbie an inch in 1 month. For vets who used the length master before, you can still gain nonstop with the length master doing mainly bundled stretches. That shit is powerful.

For me, to break any plateau lengthwise, you will need a length master for bundles even while doing other length exercises.

Probably my favorite LM stretch...I also add this to my BTC in The LM, very intense (I do these in a hot shower for maximum expansion)

I asked Mike and he asked...Lightening (I believe) and said 'no problem' just 'dry it' after use. I'm a tad skeptical because I've worked with MDF many times and the body of The LM seems very similar...(but I trust Mike, et al)

I have read on the forum many times where DLD said it was water friendly but I don't think I will want to stretch my penis while taking a shower. But I also think the penis will be in a very elastic state while being stretched under the shower leading to more meaningful gains
