Lol the OP asked whether "extenders" work for gains and you all started advertising SizeGenetics...Makes you wonder...

Not only does it work, but people here have put very long detailed logs of their weekly measures, etc. in which I doubt anyone would take so much time out to do just for fun. YOU even use it and like it... go ahead... be honest... or at least you want to. :-D
