A combination of stretching and hanging would be the ideal length routine as stretching manually can hit places hanging can't while hanging allows for long periods of stretch which manuals can not do.

exactly what i am doing DLD !

Good to know and I hope other men who hang learn to incorporate manual stretching into their routine.

Thanks everyone for your input I appreciate it, I couldn't get on the net for a few days but thought I should report back what I can hardly believe, during the entire 2 months hanging I gained zilch but over the last 2 weeks I've been doing manual stretching as often as possible pretty much everytime I went to the toilet or showered or whenever my dick was in my hand lol I did a quick 30sec straight down stretch I probably average doing this 10 times a day & I measured today & I've gained half a cm which I know is nothing to write home about but it's only been 2 weeks I'm excited to see what may happen in the coming months so I think I'm ditching hanging at least for now

mate don't talk yourself down like that! go get hammered and celebrate! you just did something most doctors say is impossible!

do as dld says and combine the 2.

what i like to do is really getting my stretches working. it needs to give that deep burning sensation in the tissue
after some time you will learn to feel when your tissue have fatiqued (like taking a rubber band and pulling it out to its max several times. eventually it will not have the same elastic effect)

at this point i strap it into my hanger for a couple of sessions. here the cock will just stay in the new elongated state i just created by the pulling.

then i go into the extender and have that on for as many hours as possible.

and when that isn't comfortable anymore.

i go into the jim strap and keep that going for the rest of the time.

simply i stretch the tissue and slowly use less and less resistance. but because my tissue is less and less elastic it stayes elongated in this new shape.

this takes time but trust me mate. it is the way to go for fast results.

the more hours and the more tension in the beginning. the better results you will get.

keep working at it.

and my advise.

start a thread in the routine section of the forum alot of great advice will come to you and there is alot og experienced people who will come with priceless input.

now go and become a local monument for the girls to take pictures next to :)

Great post!

I hate to be a downer but I feel compelled to post about this: I strongly feel that manual stretching and hanging is not good on the body over time. I do both and they absolutely get results but sometimes I wonder if it's worth the potential damage I may be causing my body.

I frequently feel weird cricks and pains in my shoulders, wrists, neck, and back. I know stretching and hanging works but there has to be a better way and I think youknowme has already discovered it. He trains with resistance bands, which I'm about to start using. I feel like the future of pe, the cutting edge pe, is hands free training. Companies like phallosan have also started to figure this out.

So all that being said, I am not advocating that we should stop manually stretching and hanging but I am advocating that we should strive to use resistance bands and other methods that reduce the amount of manual force needed for a quality stretch.

Same goes for jelqing. There has got to be a device or technique out there that can be used that is not so taxing. Some of us like to work out the rest of our bodies too. It gets to be a real drag wasting precious energy and time on dick work when we could be putting that energy toward many other things potentially more worthwhile.

So you think that PE in general hurts other parts of the body?

I think that manual stretching and hanging hurts the parts I mentioned. Mainly shoulders, neck, and back. So no, not pe in general and not any other parts of the body.

And also just to reiterate about the future of pe being hands free thing, it could also just be minimal hand use or some device or attachment that compounds the force, basically giving a stronger stretch with less work on our part. And right now I think the best examples of that are the lengthmaster with resistance bands and the phallosan.

Well I can tell you I have serious neck and back issues that I have no clue where they came from. Right now I have to take muscle relaxers and pain medication Ultrum (non-opiate). I am also in PT and need to get a MRI. Perhaps all the PE I have done may have caused some issues...

I remember you mentioning that before. That sucks man. I hope you can get those issues worked out. I know a couple things that may help you. One is getting really deep massages and the other is using a teeter hang ups inversion table or the boots to hang upside-down to slowly elongate the spine and decompress the discs. But yeah, that's what I've been afraid of.

At least I am getting help for it now, once I am done with the mental health stuff I am going into the hospital for neck and back issues. Every thing will get sorted out but I should have taken care of this months ago.
