Very good idea to drop down it weight, and slowly work your way back up again. Seems like you're back on track. I'm happy to hear this.

I am back on track and learning to use the hanger all over again, and recondition the soft tissues. I am doing 4 sets @ 5lbs. and then 3 hours in the sg. I cant confirm this but I think I have moved up a bit in bpfsl! Still need to send the extender in to be fixed though.

My plan is to keep reconditioning the soft tissues to hanging, and move up in sets till I reach a max of 6 sets a day. Hopefully within a month or two I will be up to a fatigue reaching weight, and although I dont have much potential from the ligs I will continue onto TUNICA hanging!

Back again DLD,

Don't hunt me down just yet! So here's the deal. Using the starter w.o padding just didnt work for me. I ended up back at square one using a complete bib starter WITH padding and now I'm healing from a skin tear due to slippage (I was still adjusting the settings, and I think Ive got them good now).

Honestly, I need to pick up the pace. I have been hanging the same flippin weight for over a year. A YEAR. This is due high learning curve that comes with hanging I guess. I'm giving this hanging career about another 6 months, and if I don't see any significant gains well then that's just all about I can commit to hanging.

Routine: 4 sets @ 7.5lbs. (I still can't believe I am at this weight still. It is almost depressing.)
 
Hang In There (so to speak) Bro!

I've been Penis Enlargement'ing on/off for couple years, and I can tell you we have ALL been through some depressing training....but it ALWAYS gets Bigger, just not as fast as we like.

I'm kinda new to hanging (I tried VLC, PeniMaster), but I really like the AutoXleeve (using for hanging for 2 weeks) - grabs my whole dick with fairly even tension with no slipping or pain. I can post a photo if you like....I just did 3 hours at 5 lbs after Bathmate and SG extender all day. Going to 7lbs in couple weeks...
