Okay, I have been hanging with the bib starter hanger for about 9 months. However, most recently about 3 months ago I began to experience alot of shaft twisting in the hanger, the twisting caused alot of numbness and made hanging unbearable. I tried for 3 MONTHS to adjust my wrap, add wrap, toe in toe out, etc...Nothing helped. ( I have yet to removed the gel padding).

I am still hanging, but i am twisting the shaft to the other side, it doesn't cause numbness on one side for some odd reason. the problem is that I cant go to high in weight or the hanger will slip more and more towards the head. I am quite sure that I have maxed my lig gains as I have asked and shown bib. ( I gained about .35" EL from the ligs, over an 1" in BPFSL) I might have a bit more to gain in the ligs but its impossible to max it out at my current routine.


Right now I am hanging BTC 3 sets x 9lbs-7.5lbs at 15 mins each. Then after that I am strapping into the sizegenetics for 3 hours. I am hoping to gain from the tunica as I extend upwards.

My theory is that while I am hanging BTC i am not only cementing the gains I have made, but I am also making the extender more effective...

My question is, should I reach fatigue first in hanging and then strap in to the extender, right now 3 sets is the minimum where i start to dabble in fatigue area. I have been at that weight for almost 2 months. still reaching that fatigue...I am also worried about turtling or a negative pi at adding in more hanging sets..

Has anyone gained doing this type of routine? I really need some advice on getting some gains to happen!

First of all, if you are cementing gains, you are not supposed to reach and ride fatigue. That is for making gains. If you've only gained 0.35" in EL in the last nine months from hanging, then cementing would surely be a waste of time, because you're going to lose some of that gain during the cementing process anyway ... so you're going to do all of that work to cement, what, 0.1"? Doesn't make sense. If you're only going to hang 3 sets of 15 minutes at nine pounds, you should probably just quit hanging. That is not enough stress to do anything. Just stick to manual exercises and extending, and you should probably do fine. The manuals alone will provide more stress than nine pounds, so just quit hanging. You will not gain with 45 minutes a day hanging mini weights.

Keep hanging increasing the weight then redo your LOT and work at the different angles that you may have possibly changed to.....keep up the good work

Well the reason I am hanging still is to break those barriers for the extender to do its job. I am in no way trying to cement my gains right now, only to grow more!

I also cant increase the weight due to my technique, and my issues with the twisting..

How about if I increase the sets to 5 and then extend?

Thanks IronwillLMAO I would love to do tunica hanging, but with my bib starter its really rough on the head. It will cause numbness at the higher weights im sure.

Nothing wrong with a few hours of extending per day. But again, if you're only doing three hours extending, you won't ain much, so you would really need to add more hanging sets and work up to a higher weights to see significant results. Tell me what your problem/s is/are with your techique, specifically, and I'll help you. Once you break the 10+ barrier, that is when you probably will START making gains. So you need to be patient. Five sets per day is a really good start. Let me know what your problems are.
 
I can extend more honestly, i just need to do some more hours in either hanging or extending to (hopefully) gain. I'd prefer to stop hanging all together since its such a hassle for me to do it and extending together, but like i said, i do it so the extender is more effective. In order for me to get up to 10 sets a day, id first stop using the extender, and then just use a legntHydromaxaster to hang since the bib isnt working for me.

What hanger are you using?

Hey everyone, so with the knowledge of the SRT theory (makes plenty of good points on pe in general/ gains) I have decided to keep reaching "fatigue" in my hanger, then strap on the SG for at LEAST 4 Hours a day.

This way the penis that is now tired and fatigued (jelly like state) can be healed in an ultimately larger state. Whether or not this will work, I am sure that it will at least bring me some flaccid gains.

I am currently doing 3 sets of hanging, then moving onto 3hours of extending. Next week ill either increase the sets of hanging or the hours in the extender.

What do you think DLD? I am also waiting for that damn LM so I can try out the hanging with it! :)
 
Also, I'd love to commit to the entirety of the SRT routine, but Hanging with the BIB hanger, and using the Bathmate is a big NO for me. It hurts wayy to much to hang post Bathmate session.

I think after my routine is over, a nice edging session with erect stretches might work...??:(

Well just be sure to pick from the 3 food groups:)

Expressive
Tunica
Ligamental

and be sure to apply the healing agents as you can directly from SRT. I can review your plan and we can help you make it complete and make sure it will address every component that SRT uses. I mean, a SizeGenetic Extender is the best way to heal the penis in length work, plain and simple, the best but this does not mean that a user who does not have a SizeGenetics can't use UncleJim'sWrap or LazyAssStretches to mimic. In all three groups there are the "best" methods but there are also incredible alternatives. SRT can be done completely manual, if one desired. It would not be as fast as the ,most advanced methods but it would still be a gang buster for gains.

Haha, awesome. Here is my plan & Goals. (after almost 3 years of pe'ing)

PLAN: Gain an inch (1") in length in 3-6 months.:s

Devices & Supps: Sizegenetics, Bib Hanger, Bathmate, LengthMaster (soon)
MaleExtra

Current Routine: 7 days on (1 rest day on sundays when needed)

9am- warm up 10 mins
Begin Hanging w/Bib 3 sets x 9lbs-7.5lbs @ 15mins BTC ANGLE (Hanging will increase sets in the weeks to come, attempting to reach fatigue in the ligaments with it.)- Ligmental

REST-1Hour

12pm- warm up again for extender use.
Extend for a minimum of 4 Hours in the SizeGenetics, Traction: 1200-1500grams (Upwards angle)-Tunica

Get to work, and also wear jims wrap when not in extender.

Evening will consist of Edging for 10 mins while introducing Erect Stretches- Expressive?

*what about turtling issues, should I continue to wrap and extend if turtled? i'm curious.


I also have the Bathmate which I use on Fridays and Saturdays in the evening for 15 mins. ( Pre-sex expansion ;))

Measurements: BPenis EnlargementL 7.2", EG 4.5-4.7", BPFSL 7.5-7.6"


How's it looking? maybe I should make a log.

I'm not sure why but today I woke up and my penis was definitely not wanting to cooperate with the excersices. I think it might have been the addition of the erect stretches last night or the extra hour in the extender...

Either way I did 4 sets of hanging today, and just finished the first hour of extending. My penis feels tougher/ more resilient to stretching, im not getting that jelly state I crave...

Expressive would be any of the following:
Bathmate Hardcore Stretches LengthMaster Low Grip using Bundle Chamber PowerAssist ring stretching
Low grip manual stretching
Low grip using bib hanger

Turtling will be dealt with wrapping or SizeGenetics
 
So today I almost got that damn bib to work (keep the head straight) seems like extending is helping out with keeping the CC's straight or something? I really don't know.

What I do know is that my dick after a whole days routine is realllyy stretched and skinny. I feel like eventually its all going to be worth it, but in the meantime this is HARD work.

This week I will finally be adding another hour in the extender to make my routine this:

4 sets x 15 mins 9-7.5lbs (bib)

Then extending for 4 hours. (this week i'm going to try to add the medium bar to help extend past my bpel)

Hoping for a successful week, with no negative pi's! :cool:

This is very exciting! Please push yourself to make this happen! That is how the gains are made!

Thanks DLD, great to hear from you. Quick question, how exactly should i measure myself inside the extender, from the middle of the base or on the side?

That is up to you. I like to center it right on my pubic bone. If I go to the left or the right I always end up with inconsistent measurements, they are always longer:) but inconsistent.
