I am doing it almost month. For now can't say for sure whether I gained or not. What would you add DLD? Or 1 hour per day for newbie is enough? I am doing this routine in a row before sleep. Ending this workout with masturbation. Dick is for sure a bit elongated and thicker for some time. It's my way to follow SRT. And I don't use pants for 2 month.
