Hello guys!
I am PEing for 1 month and 7 days, and I understand that first month was like nothing even similar to PE.
But Last 7 days I am using newbie programm with 25 minutes stretching and 20 min jelq. For now I don't see any changes on my measurements but seems to me that something did change. I just need to see results to continue doing it for next years.
First and main question is
Does it really work?
When will I see first results?
Should I add BathM to my trainings?
What would you tell me to do to get my first gains?
Tell me please how often should I take measurements and which?
Length, girth - I understand but others I don't know.
Please help me guys, and write please your programmes and results (with spent time)

Ok a good starting point is the SRT thread, it will go beyond the newbie routine and really show you how you can get the fastest results possible.

Does it work? Of course.

When will you see results, it depends on your body, what you do, how long you do it and how intense you do it. But it is not uncommon for someone to gain 1-2 inches in length in just over a year if they are just starting out, as time goes on gains get harder to make. Should you add the Bathmate? It doesn't hurt, just as it doesn't hurt to use the LengthMaster. Can you gain doing only manual? Yes, it might take longer though. But again all this is explained in greater detail in the SRT thread.

Good luck and welcome to the brotherhood.

Have you succeed your 7"?

Working on it, but if you check out my journal you will better understand my progress. Long story short I came back a month ago after being off from PE for one year and half. And in that month I gained .25" inch nbpel so I am on my way you could say.

Nbpel - not boner penis e? Length
And few other main points which I should meaure

I'd be reticent in measuring too often, PE is such an incremental art that gains do not become apparent immediately, (or even after a few weeks, for that matter). Your body will adapt to the forces you're imparting, but similar to when you were going thru puberty, you won't notice that you've grown (until your GrandParents come to visit after a year of not seeing you and remark how big you've gotten...or after a year of PE you hook-up with an old GF and she remarks how big you've gotten, lol)
What was most effective for me was to use as much intensity as I could possibly handle and have multiple sessions daily...I did this for the first 18 months, (I have since noticed that I now respond better to 1-2 sessions 4-5 days each week, but still go at it as hard as I can). I can also attest that The BM products have worked wonderfully for me and they do provide instant feedback (although temporary) which helped with my motivation.
Read/absorb as much info as you can and keep a strong mental picture of what you want to achieve...this will take time, but be well worth it. Good luck!

2 sessions? It would be a little hard workout for me because even after 1 session I feel ache in my D, mostly because of jelqing, maybe because I squise too hard, or because some times it becomes erect jelq..
Okay one more question to profs
Semi-erect? I still can't definitely understand what does it mean. Is it D with full erected length but soft, or what? Or it's not full length but on half bigger than NBP?
And which condition should be of my D to do jelq and stretch?

NBPEL

Non- Bone pressed erect length. This means that the ruler is not going into your pubic bone which has fat.

BPEL

Bone pressed erect length. Meaning it presses onto the pubic bone where the fat is and is a more accurate measurement.

In this video You'll see NBPEL first then Girth then BPEL on how to measure : https://www.pegym.com/penis-exercises/how-measure-nbpel-girth-bpel-video-instructions

Correctly Charting Your Measurements

Bone Pressed Erect Length
Penis length is defined as the linear distance along the dorsal side of the erect penis extending from the mons veneris to the tip of the glans. In non-medical terms, the penis length is measured in a straight line on the top side of the erect penis, from the start of your pubic bone to the tip of your penis. Penis circumference is defined as the linear distance around the widest, thickest, part of the erect penis (see below).

1. Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
2. Place your ruler at the pubic bone, at the base of your erect penis and measure to the tip of your glans.
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis. (In the example shown, the measurement would be 4 and 3/4 (4.75) inches.)

Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch
1. Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
2. Place your ruler at the pubic bone on the side of the penis
3. Stretch penis straight out
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis

Non-Bone Pressed Erect Length
1. Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
2. Place your ruler at the skin on the belly, at the base of your erect penis and measure to the tip of your glans without pushing ruler.
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis.

Flaccid Length
1. Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
2. Place your ruler at the skin on the belly, at the base of your flaccid penis and measure to the tip of your glans without pushing ruler.
3. Read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis.

Penis Erect Circumference
Penis length is not the only factor in determining penis size. The width, girth, or fatness, of a penis is also an important aspect when considering how you compare. Most people have a penis that is either longer and thinner, or shorter and fatter. To compare how the girth of your penis compares to the population, use the instructions below to determine your penile circumference (distance around the widest part of your penis).
1. Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.
2. Place the fabric ruler or string end at the widest part of your penis and wrap it carefully around one time. Mark the spot where the string first touches itself.
3. If using string, take the marked string and lay it against the ruler. Read to the nearest quarter-inch measurement.

Penis Flaccid Circumference
1. Make sure you are in a completely flaccid state.
2. Place the fabric ruler or string end at the widest part of your penis and wrap it carefully around one time. Mark the spot where the string first touches itself.
3. If using string, take the marked string and lay it against the ruler. Read to the nearest quarter-inch measurement.

If you have any further questions ask us and we'll help as much as we can. Have you started on your routine yet?

Yeah. 2 weeks already.
Please tell me which state is more effective to both manual exercises(stretching and jelqing)?
Jelq -80-90% of erect
Stretch - 30-40%?(like flacid but still with some extra blood? Or completely flacid?)

And is it only me or you guys also use to help to stay in the "condition"?

bathmate is a game changer, but it mostly just hits girth. if you want length you need to stretch and hang

40% and under for stretching
80% and above for jelqing

Okay next question.
Should I feel ache on next day? Like real workouts?
Because I feel it only after jelq, sometimes a little too much, under the glance.

No you do not necessarily have to feel an ache. Personally I've never felt ache or soreness when I started and up to this day.. Sometimes people will say they feel sore on the glans but thats just from irritation of the force applied in the area when you stretch. If you feel some aching or soreness inside the penis that does not hurt and is not too bothersome then thats when you know you're doing a good job and you have to let it heal. That's why you have 1 day on then 1 day off.

This reminds me...I would often feel a deep/internal ache after a session when I was first starting-out, now I rarely do...time to ramp-up the intensity!! I of the thought that achiness after a work-out is a good thing

Thanks all guys for answering so fast and fluently.
I guess if we continue this way my thread will become FAQ for newbies.
Next question.
What would you add or change to my routine?
It's the same as from DLD phase 1 but without kegel and massaging balls. No offence, but for my opinion and thinking, it does not effect the actual growth, mostly I would say hardness of erection.
So it's
Newbie routine stretch 3(sides)x3(times)x4(positions)- 25 min
Jelq (20min +5min of jelqing with pushing the glance down)
I have red some guys are using different stretches. Do I need to stick to this programme? Or would you recommend me some extra exercises or modify mine?
P.S always ignoring warming up, but I do the same in gym and it does not effect the growth, maybe in this case I should be smarter.

And one more thing my length and girth are almost the same what I would say rather weird.
NBPEL - 5.85"
Girth - 5.6"
Should I do the same or my workout should be like more specific?

Measure BPEL instead of NBPEL. BPEL is more accurate measurement.

And what do you mean or what are you referring to when you say "Should I do the same or my workout should be like more specific"
