Exactly. Good eq is detrimental in girth work. Masturbation before girth would bring a terrible session as EQ would be very hard to attain. This is not for all men as some men have a very short refractory period, time between orgasm and erection. But for most men masturbation before girth is a bad idea.

Also to add the counter piece to this; Masturbation before stretching is the best way to stretch as upon orgasm we lose eq and there is no muscle pull back from the Pelvic Floor Muscles.

because it has been exhausted so only do masturbate before length routine if you still can get hard for girth or if you're not doing any girth that day
 
Understood. So now for two weeks I will jerk and stretch without jelqing. Hope I will find at least some results. For now as I see nothing changed which is demoralising and hard. Maybe I am stretching wrong. Or it's not time yet, but seems to me that I am doing everything right, so guys If you can advise something or send me some exercise examples I would be very grateful. Megamike gained 0.5" I would even happy to get 0.1" but I still don't, or it's hard to measure.

Just dont jerk too much. Stick to 3-4 times a week otherwise you'll fatigue your dick and wont have good quality erections

I read somewhere that sex/having an orgasm can help with depression/improving one's mood :)

It is definitely ok to do that, but the point that we where trying to get accross is that masturbation is ideal before length work. However it is not ideal if you are also do girth right after because you might loose intensity in your girth session. Perhaps do one day on and one day off?

And there is only one change which I can see. My glance has many deformation spots so it is not glancing anymore. It looks even ill I would say. Is it permanent? Dropped girth for now too understand are those deformation permanent or not. But seems to me that it could be from length workout as well, because I hold my glance really hard to stretch.

Indeed it does. Let me try to explain this is other terms. Your body has carnal cravings that need to be addressed, when you get hungry you need to eat, when you get thirsty you need to drink; Along these same lines is sex. without sex or the release of an orgasm much stress will build and it can lead to depression. Now I am not giving permission to everyone to gloat themselves in masturbation, what I am saying is when the desire builds, something needs to happen or you will drive yourself insane. So, for me, someone who is celibate, I have these carnal desires and they need to be filled. So as I hunger and address that with food, and when I am thirsty I address that by drinking, when I am horny I address that with masturbation.

Keeping these examples in mind we need to look at gluttony and if we are satisfying a need or are we allowing ourselves to overindulge? Too much food causes weight gain, depression and addiction. If we masturbate too much it has very similar effects, we lose erection quality, it becomes addictive and ultimately you will become desensitized and the pleasure will elude you.
