I don't know, but I thought different D-s should have different workouts according to their proportions. Maybe I should do more stretching and less jelqing or some like that.
 
Depends on what you want. You've got an awesome starting girth, already thicker than me after months of gains, but if you want more keep going. What's your goal size?

Different dicks don't need different exercises for their size. Everyone can do the same exercises.

BPEL is Bone Pressed Erect Length. When you measure length with the ruler, press down on the fat pad all the way until you hit your bone then analyze the measurement. That's BPEL. It's more accurate because fat pad can fluctuate.
 
For now, I am not sure about am I doing it right so the goal is to gain at least 0.5 inch in length. If I got it I would do anything and continue up to 8-9 inche, even if it would take years. Because if it's working why do even consider dropping it.

It's the same as from DLD phase 1 but without kegel and massaging balls. No offence, but for my opinion and thinking, it does not effect the actual growth, mostly I would say hardness of erection.
So it's
Newbie routine stretch 3(sides)x3(times)x4(positions)- 25 min
Jelq (20min +5min of jelqing with pushing the glance down)
I have red some guys are using different stretches. Do I need to stick to this programme? Or would you recommend me some extra exercises or modify mine?
P.S always ignoring warming up, but I do the same in gym and it does not effect the growth, maybe in this case I should be smarter.

I would never forego the Testical Health Massage and Stretch or the Kegel Routine, both are VERY important to growth. The Testical Health works to cause a separation between the scotum and the base of the penis allowing for the penis to hand longer and heavier while allowing the scrotom to drop lower. Kegels are what will give you the proper blood flow to keep you penis erection quality high as you gain as there is a demand for more blood with a larger size.

What should be added? Bundled Stretched should be done right before your workout. 5 minutes is sufficient, 2.5 minutes to the left, 2.5 minutes to the right. Erect Stretches to help sure up new gains and close the gap between BPEL and BLFL. Last, Expressive Stretches are another point of gain that should not be ignored. In SRT it gives direction and explanation to these practices. Please read through SRT to gain a intimate understanding of PE remembering SRT is a study that has gone on for 14 years.

Yeah for sure dude. Some people gain at different paces. I gained 2 inches in 11 months and some people it takes them a bit longer or even shorter. Your goal right now 0.5" is going to be considered a temporary goal because you'll want to get a higher number in the future once you get that gain. So keep 2 goals. 1 temporary goal and 1 permanent goal. Temporary goals are like check points that you'll strive to hit on your way to your 9" dick.

Right... It most likely dropped a little bit, but I dont want to assume. Two inches is already a huge gain so I was just wondering when/if it starts slowing down now that you are past that point of "newbie gains".

The ratio drops faster and faster because the same exercises won't work the same. The penis adapts to the exercises as time goes on and it does not grow like before. Otherwise if we kept the same ratio the penis would be able to grow consistently every 3 months or so. It's not the case though.

I believe Rocky was asking for your specific experience(s) with any growth slow-down or are you still clipping along at .182"/mo. I know that I've hit a couple of plateaus after some quick, initial gains

In that case yeah I hit a hard stop after those 2 inches. I tried all i could to gain more but at the moment im still going back to the basics, renewing my methods as i try harder to gain in size. Up until now I reached 8" BPFSL. Now BPFSL always was indicative of gains because you can close the BPEL - BPFSL gap. You can make BPEL reach your BPFSL. But yeah it's been almost a year since i've gained.
