I didn't use anything to stay elongated. I personally didn't see it was necessary when I started. It seems important now if you want flaccid gains but don't worry too much about that for right now. Just focus on your routine.
 
I am focused as f. 1 hour per day. But am not sure about intensity. You told that you think red spots are good sign, I didn't have them. I am jelqing on 80-100% level. And you told as well about V-grip, can't use it because glance is losing all blood and he just slips off.

Red spots only if you're doing girth. Not everyone has to have them. Personally thats what I saw them as, progression. Not everyone experiences the same things. Our penises are very different from each other so don't worry about looking for signs. The only signs you should check on are the measurements after a few months.

If you are going to masturbate try it before length work this way your penis is more malleable. As far as SRT and healing extended goes, you can just go to Walgreens get an Ace Bandage for like 5 bucks and wrap up after length work.

Masturbation before girth is not all that great because it can affect the intensity of your girth session. But hey I got a buddy that can masturbate 11 times a day so maybe you are one of those guys. Can you do length and girth hours apart from each other? Masturbation is great for stretching but its not necessary you can also use heat, you should probably use heat every time regardless. Personally I do length and girth one right after the other, and after girth I go straight into a cock ring.
