So I decided to start over and I did one not so intense session of Basic jelqs and SSJ
Routine looked like this:
3x10 minutes of basic jelqing and 5 minutes of SSJ between jelqing sets. I didn't want to go FULL intensity right away, just wanted to awake tissue memory.
Here is the picture of my expansion, you can see added shoelace, I measured my girth after session it was straight 6 inches.
