Hey, haven't logged in here for a long time. Still Penis Enlargement'ing and but not that consistently. Ill go at it hard a week or two, then only do it twice a week... and so on.

But I have become aware of a major problem I'd like to fix. I don't know my penis anatomy that well, but there are 3 main "tubes" of tissue right? The two CC on top, and the CS (which you pee through).

And I realized I HAVE NO CS. Of course it's there, but when I get hard, it doesn't change much. Any ideas on how to target the CS specifically, through Penis Enlargement? I think this is why my girth suffers. I still do a kegel workout fairly often, so I don't think it is due to a weak PC muscle.


Also, but less important, my girth varies from base to head, as is normal. But, just below my head I am actually thickest. Any ways to target the mid and lower shaft?

Hello. What your referring to is the corpus spongiosum or the ''middle tube'' as its often known as in our community. Takes time to develop in my own experiences from girth work such as horse squeezes and clamping but they aren't just the methods that will help bring it out.

Practice kegels often as they will help to push more blood through the penis efficiently which fills the chambers of the penis more and hence a larger unit is seen.

Many guys love SSJ's so look into those and focus on some good girthwork and the corpus spongiosum will start to grow.
 
Here's something you may want to try; it sounds kinda funky at the beginning but just might work for your CS problem.

This is going to be like an edging session with a focus on the "Behind the Balls" area. All you need is, 1) an erection, 2) a chair, &, 3) rolled up socks ,or something of comparable size and density, you want resistance but also some "give" to it.

Start by sitting in the chair, backwards, with your perineum (AKA the taint) on the rolled up socks and a good, hard erection workin' for ya.
And what you're gonna do is rock your pelvis backward; lean back in the chair, almost like you're thrusting into your favorite gal, and this is where you kegel as much blood into your penis as possible.

Now, with your balls outta the way, slowly rock forward, feeling the expansion you get as your "inner penis" gets compressed between your body and the socks (or whatever you've chosen).
The amount of bodyweight you press down with and the amont of distance you rock forward will determine the amount of compaction you'll experience during this exercise.
This is one of the reasons you sit in the chair backwards; by grabbing the back of the chair you can vary your weight as well as leaning back just as far as possible.

GO SLOWLY. This exercise can cause EXTREME pressure in an immediate amount of time.

As you are rocking forward do a reverse kegel timed to match the length of time you spend rocking forward.
Practice your timing, breathing, kegeling and rocking to find a rhytHydromax and pressure level comfortable for you.

Above the penis gains you'll make, this is also good for your abs, particularly lower abs, and your lower back.

This exercise wil help your expansion along the entire length of your penis from the extreme root to the tip of the head.

I agree with the advice above. Two handed ''horse squeezes'' are great for that area. I've hit them so hard in the past I literally had skin tears from the swelling. Will definitely blow up that area.
