Just had sex with my wife I didn't get to full erection while I wa giving her head which I usually do then when she gave me head I was like 95% then we started having sex and I just went.

I haven't sone any Penis Enlargement for 3/4 days either just wore a ring for about 45mons this morning.

Please help this is really getting me down its happened twice now since starting Penis Enlargement
 
If you do jelqing stop, i believe it can damage the penis all a long period of time, trying the Bathmate instead gives great girth gains and rock solid erections like within a week of use and its a permanent solution too.

Yes I do jelq mostly I think I might stop because it has only started happening since starting Penis Enlargement
 
Don't forget your kegels, and if you already do them, do them more and learn how to do them more effectively.
 
I have had the opposite result with jelqing...my EQ is vastly improved and was inspired by Savageblue.

What else are you doing for Penis Enlargement?

Nothing warm up stretches jelqing warm down I tried SSJ once or twice
 
First of all, how old are you? if you mind telling us? I dont think it has anything to do with you doing jelqs or any Penis Enlargement whatsoever. It can have different causes, physicial causes or mental causes. Even if it is your wife, there may be times you just dont get aroused enough by her and it might work the other way around as well.

Do you exercises whatsoever? I mean fitness... if you dont, I suggest you to start, when you exercise you rise your testosterone level up, which is good for erections plus it makes your body fitter which makes you better in bed. Ignore it only when you are a Gladiator already.

Do you smoke? do you eat junk food? if you do, try to stop or lower it to minimum, especially with junk food. Eat some proper food, fresh good meals, eat more fruit, drink more water.

Drinking a lot of water is really important when it comes to erections, you will be going to pee more often but it will make difference, when your body is well hydratated it works better. Make sure do be a bit outside too every day.

Eat raw cacao nibs, get it into your breakfast, yoghurt or whatever you might eat, and Im not saying chocolate, raw cacao nibs ;) Personally I recommend the warrior diet, make it your lifestyle and you see a big difference. If not, just make sure to watch what you are eating and when.

Also, try something new in bed, what you have described, sounds like the lamest act of sex you can think of, get creative, wake your wifes naughy girl in her, get passionate, make her shiver like never before. She will like it and you will like it. And wearing a ring wont help you much unless it is used as a recovery you can read in the SRT method DLD wrote about in another thread. Maybe try it too?
 
This will get better with time. First, continue with what you are doing. It makes no sense to take back the load to increase erection quality, it makes more sense to just build erection quality to be stronger. This happens a few way, first, working through fatigue actually helps make the penis stronger and more able to handle intensity with endurance. This constantly is becoming stronger but in the beginning it may suffer at first. This is simply because you are not used to the work yet, once you become used to the work and you strengthen the muscles necessary for such power.

Things that help erection quality are above all Kegels. Kegels can be done erect or flaccid at any time of the day with no one knowing. When I first started Penis Enlargement I became so strong with erection strength because of the crazy amount of Kegels I would do. I would do the Newbie Kegel Routine like 20-30 times a day. I became obsessed with it and my erection strength became like steel.

There were times I would purposely exhaust myself to the point of poor erection quality to do length work but this was earlier in my Penis Enlargement career, during Phase 2 where DLD Blasters were the dominant length exercise. I would do this simply by jerking off, once I was done I was at a point of complete fatigue, plain and simple. I think guys make this too big of a mystery, eq and fatigue. It really can be accomplished in more of a controlled setting when you really employ the right logic.

A very traditional way to increase erection strength is through pumping. If you have a pump you should definitely practice edging while pumping. The wet atmosphere of the Bathmate and Penomet make it a perfect choice for sexual edging which is directly related to increased erection quality.

Edging and Ballooning are both good ways to increase EQ, especially when Kegels are employed to increase expansion and hardness. I like my Something Incredible is Happening with my Orgasms Method but any routine can be used. What is most important is the situation is very sexy as when you are edging you are also training for sexual endurance, or being able to last while having intercourse. These methods are very good.

Thanks for the reply mate, I'm 24 and I have never had trouble getting hard over my wife just watching her shower or just seeing her naked is more then enough to get me hard.

I'm a bodybuilder so train hard regularly and my nutrition and water in take is very good.

I don't smoke or drink either.

I've only had this problem since starting Penis Enlargement.

Even the last 2 days I've not had morning glory and I always have morning glory but this could be down to me being worried about it.

This is more than likely fatigue with a side order of anxiety:) Trust me, your eq will return and be even stronger.
