Does this exercise over time do the same for your everyday sex orgasms as it does for the orgasm immediately after finishing the exercise?

In other words, does this only work after we spend an hour manually working ourselves up or does this happen for any orgasm we have while not doing the exercise?

It definitely did for me. It helps a lot with control and knowing how far away your orgasm is. My sex life is like a whole new ballgame. Its an instant high that lasts a helluva lot longer than expected.

I have a few supplements you guys need to try that I have been taking for about 6 months. Korean Ginseng has made my orgasms to the point of screaming and also helps in premature e-jack. It also seems my orgasm starts long before I pop. Ginkgo Biloba seems to add more blood flow, making your penis more full erect or limp. L-Arginine to me adds more pre-cum fluid and when you pop, its like a total mess....in a good way! Give this a try, I buy them at Wal-Mart.

That's pretty cool... I never thought about checking Wal-Mart for supplements but they would probably have descent ones for dirt cheap! Thanx for the idea.

I tried this yesterday and have to say what a friggin exercise in control. I wanted to let it fly almost the whole time after one rep. Definately worth incorporating into the routine.

If you think edging is great try ballooning.

bring your self up with a full erection by edging.

Dr. Linn has the most confusing website I have ever seen. I can't understand anything. It is like someone took a bunch of data, ate it, threw it it up and posted it.

By all means. This exercise is more of a practice in staying power. It will teach you discipline and give you a greater ability to control ejaculation. It also increases your semen output and strength of shot. It is a good all around practice. The other nice thing is it is fun to do.
