I think you need to take pills when you edge and balloon. Or so i've heard. I usually take a couple hours to beat off cause i like to get close and stop and it's like the cum builds up and when I finally do cum it shoots out like crazy and is much more then if I beat off real quick. Edging is a very important part of this but more importantly, as you stated, are the kegels and reverse kegels. The "Steady Stroke" for one second is the pace I use. You can change this portion to suit your needs.
 
Well this has intensified my routine ten fold. I was slacking some with kegels. I think this could be the key to lasting for a long ass time in the sack. Doing a RK when entering the pussy and then a regular kegal when leaving, Along with daily practices of this exercise.

I currently have to improve my PC muscle and girth. I'm 7.5 bpel and 4.6 eg and my erection points at 2:30 ?:( ..I'm trying to get this exercise down-pack. I sometimes go to far to the point of no return. This is disappointing because then the session is over.

Alright, so I did these the first day DLD wrote this topic... and.... wow. For some reason it is actually easier for me to cum this way. I think it has to do with the k/rk.
